Just started 2024 with a new yoga practice as a beginner and I realised how rigid my body had become from years of weight training without keeping up stretching. I definitely thanked myself for starting the new year off right with yoga because all the tension in my body needs releasing 😊🙏

Pro tips sleep on the floor, throw away your 40cm mattress buy a futon or the smallest thing you can sleep on, best thing I have ever done for releasing pressure

For me yoga twice a week let’s me lift without pain
It's about my fourth time doing this routine, I already see myself getting better and a bit more flexible, too. I also realised that now that I'm familiar with the exercises I can take my glasses off and close my eyes and this has been one of the most relaxing experiences I've had. It's still a bit difficult for me, but I can see progress, slowly but surely. Totally recommend.

I found myself weeping a bit in my first few yoga days too (56 year old guy). I’m not a big crier, wonder why this is? We don’t stop to care for ourselves perhaps?

A new year’s resolution for 2023: taking it easier in the gym. I’ve been grinding 6-7 days a week working out for years now and I’m finally starting to break down. I’m so inflexible and stuck in a sagittal plane. Today is day one and this absolutely whooped me. Looking forward to this on 2 rest days per week and maybe on gym days too…
I’m brand new to yoga and I was struggling on every pose but was doing alright for a newbie. Then at the 18 min mark I spent the whole time of that move trying to get my legs back without dying😂 great practice and look forward to this new challenge

Greetings Breathe & Flow! I'm a 50something guy...I've decided to finally break the cycle of addiction and depression stemming from childhood trauma that I've lived with for my entire life. I'm reconnecting with myself through sobriety and exercise. I've always been an athlete...I've finished over 50 obstacle course races (despite my active drug addiction). Now I'm adding yoga to my fitness routine, for both the physical and mental health benefits. I just finished my maiden class! I enjoyed it greatly, and I'll be back for more. Also...love your tattoos. Beautiful art, and well placed on your body aesthetically.

Thank you so much. I‘m currently in a pretty bad state because of my anxiety disorder and depression which makes me lie in bed pretty much all the time. This is a great way to ease my nervous system and get out of the bed to get some energy. Much appreciated👍
This alone is the best yoga practice. I think anyone can adapt beginner or intermediate just as something daily you can’t beat this really especially for the time.

I’m a veterinary student so stress is high and free time is low. I’ve started going to the gym 4 days a week before working in the vet hospital during the day and wanted a yoga routine to supplement my workouts and really stretch me out. I’m amazed at how my body feels even though at the 4:30 mark I was dying lol. This is incredible to feel like this

I did this for the first time yesterday night and again today. Today I felt about 50% better. I think I’ll do yoga forever now. So much tension was relieved. A few poses I couldn’t nail but I got as close as I could 😅.
Had to pause because it was quite the workout but also because of how stiff I am. Really want to make it my goal to become more flexible this year

Letzte Woche kam meinen psychiatrische Behandlung zur Ende, da es mir echt besser geht.
Ihr wart ein Teil von der Behandlung, weil ich wochentlich eure Yoga und Breath Work Videos angeschaut habe und klar habe ich auch teilgenommen.

For the past week I had pain and soreness in my cervical spine and upper body. This morning I wanted to do some gentle yoga and saw this new yoga video.. sometimes the universe just sends the right message/action… this yoga routine was just perfect. I'm an athlete that has wasted his potential; on drugs and anger towards the world. In and out of juvenile detention centers throughout my teenage years. School teachers and coaches always supported me and challenged me because of the gifts I possessed as and athlete and a scholar. But at home was a different story, never felt truly loved or cherished. I am 20 years old as of now, and feel as if I havent gotten a moments peace in my whole life just to breathe and reflect. Had THE most BRUTAL and most heartbreaking last 2 months of my life. I dont want to seem cliche, but today was my first time practicing yoga. Ive been sitting on my butt for the last 2 years and lost 20 pounds feeling bad for myself. I felt like a brick wall trying to stretch for this practice. I told myself I couldnt at one point, but I said "f*** that" and challenged myself for the first time in a long time. Anxiety and outside distractions made it so hard just to close my eyes and breathe but I pushed through. I cried happy, peaceful tears for the first time in my life after thanking myself for the first time in my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, this impacted a soul well above what you probably imagined.
72 years old and restarting yoga after 40 years. Thank you. This is a good pace and combination of poses. Can feel my pain is already lessened.
