Just want to say thanks so much. I'm 5 days into 75 day hard challenge and doing 2x 45 minute workouts per day as part of the challenge. So far I have been riding mountain bikes daily, basketball, walking, jogging, and weights. I have always wanted to try yoga and it was always "i'll get into it one day". I have started to become interest in body mobility and breathwork. I typed in "45 minute begginer yoga and breathwork routine" and your video popped up. Proud to say I just did my first session of yoga and loved it. What great active recovery. Subscribed and I will be back! Thankyou!

Two and a half months into my Yoga Practice and this class was a perfect movement from 25 minutes to 45 minutes. I touched the ground for the first time in one of the poses!
I've always been a high intensity kind of person. I'm also a physio. I've had covid and it's been a slow recovery. I've had to change my approach to exercise and self care as a result. I love your channel. So much positivity and meaning whilst moving. And I could also feel a huge difference in my tight hips after a week. You guys are awesome thank you! How much a difference your instructions make. - I also did this video just after having swum in a very hot pool (35*), body temperature, and very weirdly I felt how much my mother loves me. I felt like a baby and I felt - was certain - of my mother’s love. Then showered, breastfed my baby after showering with him, and left him sleep on my arm after breastfeeding. Then I left and I did this. I feel new. It feels inexplicably well. I am new to yoga now. - I had been practicing for five years, but I feel am new to yoga now. So glad I found this video, this was my first yoga experience where I actually followed instructions and not just trying positions for stretching. It was extremely difficult from the start for me. I’ve had multiple motorcycle accidents throughout the years and I’ve never felt this good after a stretch session. I only made it to the 26 minute mark but I am determined to complete this whole video. Thank you so much for sharing this and will definitely look into your wrist exercise video!

Wow! I have had an on and off again practice for 15 years. I really wanted a nice practice tonight and typed 'yoga and breath' into the search bar, this class came up. It is a beginner class so if its your first go at it, you are actually getting an accurate example of yoga asana. Actually even with experience it is perfect to practice like a beginner and tune into all of the parts without extending into the next position. I got a great full body stretch and strengthen without overdoing it and feel so calm and relaxed now. The teachers energy, voice and tone is very soothing, cues are clear. If this is your first class ever or you've lost count, you chose right. Breathe and Flow channel is a gem. Subscribed!

Our team did this together through Zoom for isolation yoga, and though we range from complete beginner to much more experienced, we all found it challenging, perfectly paced, and really learnt to 'practice' rather than follow shapes.
