Since I've found your UA-cam sight, I will be stretching everyday. This looks so relaxing, and a good length of time for a great way to start my day. My Dr recommended Plates for me. Thank you for the lesson Mira, I haven’t done Pilates in 20 years. Got a leg cramp on side of the knee, but I’m sooo happy you inspired me to try the class 🥰 I’m going to add you to my daily routine and hoping In about a month time I’ll regenerate my rusty old muscles 💞💞👍
I wish you were better about saying what to do and guiding us. I felt like i kept having to look at the tv. I would do what you said and would end up doing something completely different than you guided us.
