    thank you so much, mira. before i'd started this exercise, i'd been dealing with an anxiety attack for over two hours, bad to the point that it felt like i was having a heart attack. now, 45 minutes later, i sit, with a considerably calmer mind and a settled chest. thank you so, so much

    I'm currently in a dark moment rn and I'm crying as I started doing this, but a little over mid half of the video, I stopped crying and my body feels good

    Thank you, Mira, for your Pilates for beginner program. Im so glad I found you. I have so much pain in my joints. I don’t do enough stretching daily. Since I've found your UA-cam sight, I will be stretching everyday. This looks so relaxing, and a good length of time for a great way to start my day. My Dr recommended Plates for me. Thank you for sharing. God bless

      I'm so happy you found my beginner program! It's great that you're taking steps to help with your joint pain. Pilates can be wonderful for that. How are you feeling after trying some of the stretches? Remember, even a little bit each day can make a big difference.

    Thank you for the lesson Mira, I haven’t done Pilates in 20 years. Got a leg cramp on side of the knee, but I’m sooo happy you inspired me to try the class 🥰 I’m going to add you to my daily routine and hoping In about a month time I’ll regenerate my rusty old muscles 💞💞👍

    the rolling back as a ball was so hard because I have a very flat back naturally so I was just landing on it! but I seriously loved this workout!!!!

    I wish you were better about saying what to do and guiding us. I felt like i kept having to look at the tv. I would do what you said and would end up doing something completely different than you guided us.
