This was an excellent yoga practice for winding down at night. It was equally relaxing and refreshing, and the poses included really helped release the tension that accumulates throughout the day, especially a day of sitting at a desk or driving. I think it was accessible for all levels and it was totally doable without any props. The fact that it stayed low to the ground helped me feel grounded and supported, and I really needed to hear that reminder at the end about staying present

I was doing this video last night and for some reason everytime I stretch my back a lot my lower back becomes sore. I was wondering if you might know why? I love your channels videos! I do them 2-3 times a week. You guys really do a great job!

I want to incorporate some bodyweight workouts, not that heavy just to gain different strength. Does anyone know if there is a "better" moment to do that? Like before yoga but how much before? I was thinking about those as just one more thing that strengthens the body for meditation.
