Mam, the lying down yoga poses is a little difficult as I am not able to touch my toes, nor I can stretch my legs in a straight position. How can we do that? Pls guide I am 3 months postpartum mother
Could be lack of Vitamin B.. immediately get it checked. Take Vitamin B tablets, have pomegranates and add more curd in your diet. You can have Raagi Jaava (finger millets drink) to cool the body. Are you too stressed or don’t sleep properly ?

@@komalarora2730 try to sleep properly… yoga / exercise.. body needs to get tired naturally to get good sleep. Involve in more physical activity. Try pranayama to get relief from anxiety. Focus on yourself first, leave the rest! Everything will be fine.. :) all the best!
I just exercised for 45 mins and go for walk in the morning and maintajned a healthy diet avoiding junk foods , packed wafers,maida,sugar,potato and reduced chapatis from 4 to 1 instead I ate a lot of green cooked vegetables and salad and methi water in the morning and chilas, upma,poha,dhokla in the morning.
