In Florida, my first summer here. The sun is so intense, hot, and humid. Room temperature water would be hot and feel unpleasant. I don't use ice in my water or drinks. But, I did need to chill my drinks. It doesn't take long sitting out of the frig for drinks to warm up.
Believe me or not, I only drink water at room temperature irrespective of any seasons. I dunna whether earthen pots are available in the US. It'd be a better choice for you.

hmm neem, this is a new 1 sounds good! i use (not all together, would taste weird) green tea, lemon, honey, fresh aloe from my local succulant friend (gotta be fresh), rubbed mountain oregano (from othrys farm) and by adding as many fresh herbs as possible to my food! thank you for this video,🧠 love it!! 👍

Lately, I suddenly had acid reflux. I had never experienced it this bad, especially for days. For a week, I would get it even when my stomach was empty. Now I know the cause. I have a habit of gulping down two-three glasses of water at a time. I guess, it's about the excess of even good habit.
