Are you serious? This is all fake. Chilled water is best. Sipping water is too slow. Drinking water after meals cleans your teeth. It’s liters not litres.

2. Drink water sip by sip. Gulping water may lead to acid reflux.
3. Drink water while sitting.
4. Drinking water during meal. Drink water thirty minutes before meal or one hour after meal.
5. No drinking water while doing YOGA.
6. Drink sufficient water.

I dont like cold water. I use copper vessel and let it sit out over night before I drink it. Taste better and sometimes with my bamboo straw. I love your advice.
