@theyogainstituteofficial I've consulted doctors and they have said I don't need any surgery... I can continue with life without surgery also but for the whole life I'll have to avoid lifting heavy objects and also strenuous exercise and all.

Please inform which asanas are not to be done by persons having high bp. My yoga teacher said high bp people shouln not bend forwards.
In the beginning do not exercise at a fast pace. Do it slowly. If bending forward causes anxiety / dizziness then avoid it. Do not exercise when your BP is too high. Deep breaths and medications will help in that phase.
