I just test rode a 2016 dyna low rider 103 hi output engine with stage 1 and 4K miles then a 107 slim with just slip ons and a couple thousand miles and the difference in torque was extremely noticeable! Extremely! Then a stock FXLRS 114 with 300 miles and bought the FXLRS! What a bike!! I did ride a couple more in between but those three stood out to me. I was really surprised how much I liked that slim however? But the Low Rider S was so nice in every single way possible, and it was the last ‘21 on the lot and a “company owned bike” so I got a really nice deal on it (for a Harley Davidson). I’ve had it almost 3 weeks now and it’s been freezing ice and snow ever since! 🥶. Can’t wait to ride my new bike!!
The M8 engine sound takes some getting use to, however with the right pipes it can sound NOT too bad. Performance and speed seems to be the thing with the M8
They sound pretty bad. You definitely need a cam and a good exhaust to make them sound good. Granted, they sound good when they aren't next to any older Harley engine.... but as soon as you hear them side by side or back to back, it becomes massively evident just how bad the M8 sounds.
The twin cam just sounds so violent. I love it

Iv got the 103 in my blackline and love it but I’m am curious to see the power of a 114 road king. Probably gonna be my next hog.
114 is a powerhouse! It’s just so smooth. It doesn’t actually feel powerful. Very deceiving.
Im curious to how my hammer performance 1275cc sportster does in this test. Do more of these comparison test
