That truly was superb Dave! Wish I could find some pheasant around these parts. I kept thinking you were going to throw on some Cajun seasoning on the bird! LOL Great cook brother. Wish I could have tasted it. Perhaps one day? Have a wonderful week my friend!!!

lol , you southern guys always wanna Heat it up , i really dont know what that would do to the taste , its kinda hard to explain , but only a little little the dark meat on a chicken but more gamey.......... thanks for the comments as ever bro much appreciated.

That was awesome!! I totally wanted that in my mouth.. I haven't had pheasant since I was a kid.. Now I want it again. I've never had barley before... I'll have to give that a go someday. Great vid brother, Cheers Dave!!

thanks Chad it really was good, the pearl barley swells up like rice but is good and a different texture takes on the flavour from the sauce. cheers brother
