This has become my regular post-run yoga sequence from last summer, it has kept me injury free up to here. Plus it makes my heart melt every time you say DEEPER. :)
I have to say, I’ve never been lucky enough to experience feet stretches, now I have they are always part of my cool down after a run. Soles and ankles are feeling so much better and my recurring planta fasciitis has gone too. Thanks so much, best post run stretches ever 🙏🏻❤️

15 mins is worth the time! This is a simple effective stretch for my post runs and biking. I’m so much more aware of not sinking into my stretches as Cat advises. A great stretch to accompany any exercise workouts.

I have done this routine so often during the last few weeks, and it is super-helpful. My toes and I always feel instantly better for it. This and a few other yoga for runner routines (as well as lots of recovery and Yin yoga) have helped me feel much more confident about running.

Great stretches. They really help. However, I find the glute-stretch at the end really tough. My hamstrings are not flexible enough for me to fold forward enough for the glute to be stretched. Any other exercises I could do instead?

A good stretch but the background noise made it hard to relax into the stretches in between.
i think the background noise is a bit distracting. So hard to mediate and fully enjoy unfortunately.

Nope! Wear anything you want, do it on whatever surface you want. Yoga is for anyone, anywhere.
