- Welcome to your 15 Minute Yoga Inspired Stretching Routine for Legs and Booty. We take care of your entire lower body and stretch hamstrings, glutes, hips, even your feet and shins.
This is the perfect flexibility & mobility routine after a hard workout (hello leg day), after running or just by itself. The sequence is well balanced and all of the exercises flow seamlessly into each other - you probably don't even recognise how time flies by.
Take some time for yourself and enjoy this beautiful routine for flexibility, muscle recovery and stress relief.

i love how you ACTUALLY give us enough time to change positions. a lot of youtubers think we can magically go from a lying twist to a goddess pose twist within a second. it's ridiculous and constantly pausing the video takes away from the relaxing experience.
I’m so proud that I can do these stretches without a problem now (Been doing your stretches since 2020 and it was hard at the beginning) and I can say it really works for me. I feel more flexible and relaxed every time. Thank you so much ☺️

I have also been doing her stretches since July 2020 from once every other day to twice a week to now once a week 😂
One thing is for sure, I've gotten more flexible especially my legs, they're not that stiff anymore

Ich bin Physiotherapeutin und arbeite an einer Förderschule. Ich habe angefangen, deine Videos in meine Therapien einzubauen und die Schüler lieben es. Ich habe festgestellt, dass sich die ruhige Atmosphäre aus den Videos auf die Schüler überträgt, außerdem können die Schüler dank der guten Kameraarbeit alles gut erkennen und setzen die Übungen selbstständig um, ein riesen Vorteil, wenn mal wieder irgendwer Coronabedingt zuhause bleiben muss und ich dann einfach eins deiner Videos schicken kann.

just finished doing this for the first time..
I did it before going to bed and I really feel so light and relaxed.. during the workout, I kept saying “omg” coz it really felt so good, it hurts at first but it would make your body feel more relaxed and stretched as time goes on.. really loved it 💕

The way you’ve edited these are perfect! I love that I can stretch while just listening to music and just waiting for the beep to see the next stretch. SUCH A GENIUS IDEA!!! If possible please make more. Longer ones and more options for a type of stretch. I do your stretches on repeat and sometimes I’d like to work on the same thing so I’ll watch one on repeat and get fed up with the same playlist or the exact same exercise. I LOVE YOUR POSTS, I just wish you made more of them.

I've been doing your stretch videos for about a month now and I've noticed significant improvement to my flexibility and my muscle tone. Every other day or so I do the exercise ones and rotate which sections to focus on. I still have difficulties getting through the ab work out but thats where I am weakest lol. I've also dropped 7lbs and I know I've lost more in body fat but the muscle build up skews the number a bit. I love the gentle music, the soft beeps, the previews and everything is either in bite sized videos you can squeeze in or a full workout that already includes the warm up and cool down so I'm not searching through a ton of videos to find all the pieces. Sometimes I try to do your yoga videos in German but as a native English speaker it makes it a little difficult when I have to look away from the screen but I think I'm starting to learn German now as I'll recognize certain words you say when the position changes lol. Thank you for your videos and I look forward to anything new you have to put out 🥰

This was my first time doing this video or yoga/stretching .. in years. I started exercising 7 weeks ago and I've felt nothing but pain in my hamstring and hips. Almost unbearable to walk after sitting down for a short amount of time. This was so relaxing and quiet. I love love love it so much and it put in prospective that even though I can run and lift weights it doesn't mean I'm flexible at all. I have so much work to do. These videos will now be apart of my Daily routine when I wake up and before bed!

I am 40 years old and pregnant with my third child. These stretching videos are so great and relaxing. I try to do the leg stretches at least every other day if possible and I feel so much better after. I will continue several of these different stretch videos even after I have the baby. Eine Frage/Anmerkung vielleicht: Ich weiß nicht, ob ich die einzige damit bin bzw. wie die anderen das empfinden, aber sowohl beim Straddle forward fold als auch beim one leg stretch habe ich Probleme, überhaupt in diese Pose zu kommen, geschweige denn in die Dehnung zu gehen. Vielleicht hast du da ja eine Alternative, die du bei kommenden Videos einblenden kannst? Ich glaube, beide Posen kommen öfters bei dir vor. Alles Liebe

Ich nutze ein kleines Kissen. Wenn ich etwas erhöht sitze, funktioniert es bei mir besser. Ansonsten geht mein Körper eher in die Gegenrichtung, wenn die Wörter 'mit geradem Rücken' fallen. War zumindest lange Zeit so.

Ich habe immer irgendwelche Schmerzen oder Unwohlsein in den Beinen, den Hüften und dem unteren Rücken (insbesondere in der verkürzten linken Seite) und diese Einheit tut sooooo gut! Nicht zu lang, sodass man sie regulär auch nach einer anderen Yoga-Einheit machen kann, aber trotzdem alles drin. ❤ Auch danke für den Sidebody stretch, der mir auch immer sehr wichtig ist. Danke!
Und die fließenden Übergänge sind einfach perfekt, das habe ich vetgessen zu sagen!

Du machst das sehr, sehr gut. Gerade diese Videos ohne lange Erklärungen gefallen mir außerordentlich. Das ist selten. Viele TrainerInnen reden zu viel. Dass das gar nicht notwendig ist, beweist unter anderem du mit deiner Arbeit. Toll.
Auch, wenn ich nicht alle Übungen so perfekt ausführen kann, wie du, mache ich jeden Abend eins deiner 10-15-Minüter an, um die Spannung des Tages rauszudehnen.

Großartiges Format. Es ist wirklich gut, damit zu üben. Es wäre sehr schön, wenn es mehr Übungen und Stretching von etwa 15 Minuten in diesem Format gäbe, so dass man mehrere Videos zur Auswahl hat. LG.
