    Where has the shoelace stretch been my whole running life? I've never had a stretch feel better than that!

    This was incredible and my body has never felt better !! Also the shoelace stretch and the transition kinda blew my mind- new favorite stretch!

    Omg after cross country season I haven't touched my toes and my legs have been stiffer than a tree, and after just one time I can touch my toes yoga is truly magical thank you cat 🙏🙏

    I decided to switch up my yoga routine and I think I found a new favorite. This wasn't too difficult but I still felt all of the stretches.

    Do you happen to have a longer version of this that continues along the lines of these stretches? Right now I’m just hitting pause to allow for me to do a little bit deeper stretching but I figured I’d ask in case you have something else too

    I was doing this after my 50 mjn leg workout and i really loved that twist that made me confused for the first time but just before Mt straddle stretch I got my periods😂😅what a timing.

    When you realise this yoga stretch is for females during the last stretch hahaha. I was struggling to figure out how she does it but then I realised mostly women are that flexible. It really was a good stretch video, thank you.

    I found this practice frustrating. I try to do yoga sessions 1-2x a day via a few different UA-cam channels. I'm also getting back into running. I felt like she chose yoga poses for runners but did not keep at all in mind various muscle groups for runners that are actually tight due to running. From the very beginning it was lacking in modifications for really tight runners and their limitations. There was also very little education on the different poses. It just seemed like a video of a very flexible yogi doing good poses for running without actually being conscientious about tailoring a session for runners.
