I found this practice frustrating. I try to do yoga sessions 1-2x a day via a few different UA-cam channels. I'm also getting back into running. I felt like she chose yoga poses for runners but did not keep at all in mind various muscle groups for runners that are actually tight due to running. From the very beginning it was lacking in modifications for really tight runners and their limitations. There was also very little education on the different poses. It just seemed like a video of a very flexible yogi doing good poses for running without actually being conscientious about tailoring a session for runners.
Where has the shoelace stretch been my whole running life? I've never had a stretch feel better than that!

I decided to switch up my yoga routine and I think I found a new favorite. This wasn't too difficult but I still felt all of the stretches.
the shoelace stretch is a top favorite of mine! as a distance runner and swimmer, I relish these moments Cat! have a pleasant holiday 😌
