    Doing this video 10-15 times strengthened my knees from having pain/weakness around 10-12km mark, to having NO pain during an 18km run. Amazing!!!!

    I’ve struggled with bad knees for years and my left one was hurting after my run yesterday, after doing this just once I can already feel the difference in my knees!I used to think it was my shoes 😅 Thank you for this video I’m so glad I found it! I especially like all the balance work since it showed me that my hips need strengthening as they tend to want to bow outward when balancing on one leg. This is great, will be watching and following along frequently!

    I usually don't comment on yoga or exercise videos. But man, you are so nice. I was ill for three weeks and couldn't go for runs. In 4 weeks I am running my first marathon and I jumped back in after being ill and hurt my knee really badly. I really hope your videos can help me. Thanks anyways, really enjoyed it.

    I was having pain in knee for a month... just started jogging... did this exercise for couple of day.. it is now 80% better

    Thank you, Ash! This is my favourite sequence. I had issues with my knees and feet (plantar fasciitis) as I transitioned from 10 miles to a half marathon. The stretching I was doing simply wasn't enough. But three weeks of regular yoga exercises from your channel fixed things for me. So thanks for this amazing channel!

    Thank you for this video on knee strengthening. I like the length of your videos for stretching, strengthening, & balancing. As a 65 year old fun-runner I agree that my warm ups and cool downs are as important as my runs themselves! Yoga keeps me strong and injury free!

    Thanks Ash,
    I try to do this video every other day, It really has helped strengthened my glutes etc. I have noticed a difference when running. I have Patellofemoral Arthritis which has created a real weakness of the glutes.
    I recommend this particular video to anyone who mentions bad knees to me.

    Tight Achilles tendon was resulting in knee pain after my recent long run and this has loosened my entire chain from ankle to hip! Great session.

    Thanks Ash! Ran the half marathon a month and a half ago, and it was great! Have moved with a few injuries since, which are healing, so haven’t been running. Went for a light jog today and felt some knee twinges. Came to do this video as a new stage of strengthening before the next run (unplanned as yet), which I realise I needed last time… hey ho! Enjoyed the exercises and feel the potential for strength which is great. Will be returning for more. Now off to do one of your stretch videos. Thanks again 😊

    I started really focusing on strengthening near the knee area when I noticed I have varicose veins in my left knee, thank you for this video the muscles surrounding my knee feels tight from the work 💪

    This was tough but just what I was looking for- something to make my knees "bulletproof". There is something to be said about doing this work with bare feet. Challenges your balance and activates parts of your feet/legs that you just take for granted! Most exercises I come across for knee strengthening are done in shoes and highlights the compensation they add - almost tricking your brain! Today was my first day doing this - very wobbly. I plan to add this to my routine and I'll have to let you know how it goes in a couple of weeks. Thanks Ash!

Today's run was a challenge 😥 but I completed as best I could. Refuse to get discouraged during 'my comeback'--and knowing one of your videos awaits after my run is encouragement to do my best!🙂

    My knee has been making a noise for a while, but I don't feel any pain. Today, before running, I tried this exercise and the noise decreased, and my knee felt more relaxed 🤘🏻 Thanks

    Thank you for this practice. This is a big help as I have been trying to learn more about my body and how muscle development aids in running. As we age, we can no longer just run more miles to run better. Strength training and your videos have been a great help in remaining injury free..

    Hey Ash!! Thankyou for another great video! I have only recently started running and have really been enjoying your videos after my run as a way to stretch, relax and recover. I love how you emphasise the importance of recovery, especially as I have had a few knee injuries and am trying to keep them as healthy as possible! I was wondering if you’d be able to make a few more warm up videos - especially anything that will target the muscles around the knee to support it through my run. ☺️
