THIS is a reason I like Apple so much. THEY notify me that it is time for upgrading, then MY responsibility is to tap a button and right before my eyes,the upgrade is done. Buddy told me he got burned that way. Brand new Dewalt and it’s dead right out of the box and the store won’t do anything. Even if you’re just in the parking lot… you left the store. Could have dropped it and broke it, not our problem. Be vigilant if you can and try before you leave the store. There’s usually enough juice to make sure they turn on.

The plaintiff tried so hard to sound like this nice old man he just doesn’t get that darn technology and was taken advantage of… but can’t reconcile their voice recordings with his stories. Then he probably thought it would be his word against Dan’s; not realizing they had a recorded his calls

They say the same thing Harvey said about new power tools. They really don’t like you opening them in the store either. I’ve been yelled at about it and I had already paid for it. Buddy told me he got burned that way. Brand new Dewalt and it’s dead right out of the box and the store won’t do anything. Even if you’re just in the parking lot… you left the store. Could have dropped it and broke it, not our problem. Be vigilant if you can and try before you leave the store. There’s usually enough juice to make sure they turn on.
