The judge missed it. The defendant said “they keep talking about them” like she was annoyed. Why would “we be going on about these continually” she stated later. Why would they be coming to her over and over if they were GIVEN to her?!
This was an all around weird episode, something was definitely off about the whole thing. Surprised she kicked him out, she's let people get away with much more. Camera work was weird with Douglas's head in the way. Parties were just weird, even for this show. Something was just super off and not enjoyable about this case.
I completely agree with you!!! Although the party of three were weird, she did not need to kick him out like that!!!! Like you said others have done so much more and she let it slide! That was not fair!
yeah kicking him out kinda came out of nowhere but I couldn't understand everything he was mumbling so wondered if he got inappropriate or said something that was edited out
I really think she didn’t give them space to explain anything. I think the plaintiffs were trying to say they wanted to use their warranty and their neighbor bought them a replacement before they could, so they offered their warranty replacement to the neighbor and she denied (I think??). It’s just all sorts of weird
The value of the ink cartridges had nothing to do with this case, though. It might have been a point of contention between the parties, but the issue was a dispute over who actually owned the cartridges, not how much they were worth. So the Judge’s knowledge (or lack thereof) was not relevant, and did not impact the case or the ruling.
Man! This case was so surreptitious! I be the plaintiffs and defendant all engaged in hydroponic activities together, while simultaneously attempting to submerge the plaintiff's mother. INCONCEIVABLE!!

Where did the judge ever work? The printer in my office takes 4 cartridges--magenta, cyan, yellow and black--each of which costs $160. That's not unusual for businesses that need high quality prints.
I agree with the judge's ruling but I feel like the plaintiffs needed to take responsibility on so much of this. Also I must say why were they whispering in court? Not something that should happen. Defendent helped them out with new TV which they have never paid back on and gave the worst excuse about why not pay it back with the insurance. Plaintiffs never paid anything for the ink cartridges so its not like they are out any money. They were not clear up front with the Def on what to do with it I bet. Especially expired ink cartridges which don't sound easy to sell even for cheap. Once you give something like this to someone else, is it worth making big deal out of? Especially expired stuff that may cost more to dispose of than its worth. So many people out there have inflated sense of what something is worth.

I feel for the lady. I hope she stays away from those people and find better friends because obviously they are using her and could get her into more trouble. Sometimes it is best to stay by yourself than with the wrong crowd/ and they are the wrong crowd for sure.
The lady is a shister too
Idk if that’s a lady tho.
Cartridges are expensive. I don’t know why the judge keeps acting like 4K for a ton of cartridges is impossible
agreed
Especially when I never heard a quantity. Without quantity, saying something is expensive is totally dumb.
@@D_Parks towards the end they said there were 42 cartridges and if you ever worked in an office you know those commercial printer cartridges are really big. If the regular home printer ink cartridges are like 60 a pop they. 4K for 42 professional printer cartridges seems like a steal
@@gtsound12 I heard that but I thought she misspoke. $100 per cartridge does seem like a great deal.
She probably have no knowledge of how much they are worth. She usually does her homework before a case but the fact that she kept acting like 4K was a lot just proved that she didn’t
The judge missed it. The defendant said “they keep talking about them” like she was annoyed. Why would “we be going on about these continually” she stated later. Why would they be coming to her over and over if they were GIVEN to her?!
I love this judge she is impartial.
The husband looks like he does the Buffalo Bill dance in his basement.
Lol wtf
😆😆😆can totally see that!
Holy shit that’s so funny, I actually thought that for the defendant…
The collective IQ of all involved is about the level of a brick.
LOL
That is offensive to bricks haha 😆
The brick can build a home lol those three couldn't operate a hammer
I would say a brick because that is too big. I would say a koala. They are dumb as hell
My dog was extremely interested in what the dog at the end had to say!🤣🤣🤣
This was an all around weird episode, something was definitely off about the whole thing. Surprised she kicked him out, she's let people get away with much more. Camera work was weird with Douglas's head in the way. Parties were just weird, even for this show. Something was just super off and not enjoyable about this case.
100% agree!! Such a weird episode. I don’t usually come to the comments but had to come down here today to see if anyone felt the same way!! Lollll
I completely agree with you!!! Although the party of three were weird, she did not need to kick him out like that!!!! Like you said others have done so much more and she let it slide! That was not fair!
Yes .. really weird 🤔
yeah kicking him out kinda came out of nowhere but I couldn't understand everything he was mumbling so wondered if he got inappropriate or said something that was edited out
I really think she didn’t give them space to explain anything. I think the plaintiffs were trying to say they wanted to use their warranty and their neighbor bought them a replacement before they could, so they offered their warranty replacement to the neighbor and she denied (I think??). It’s just all sorts of weird
The defendants VOICE?...... Wow Sir, it's deep!!!
I've made thousands selling ink on eBay
Judge doesn't know whay she's talking about
Especially commercial cartridges - hundreds a piece
It really irks me when she's over confident about things she knows nothing about.
Yea those cartridges are no joke. When printing plans and things on large commercial printers adds up quick
Where do you get the ink from?
@@yesterdayitrainedexactly. If they were a million dollars a pop or a dollar the court of law wants to know WHO owns it
I'm so invested in those episodes 😂🤷♀️
No one else can say “all parties, please raise your right hand” as clearly and as fast as Douglas says it.
That poor girl just uses big words to make herself sound more photosynthesis
😂😂😂😂😂
Plaintiffs are giving me crackhead vibes…….. The defendant looked like she snorted up before the show😂😂😂
All of them are!
Whoa. That defendant has a deep voice
Man! This case was so surreptitious! I be the plaintiffs and defendant all engaged in hydroponic activities together, while simultaneously attempting to submerge the plaintiff's mother. INCONCEIVABLE!!
😂😂😂😂😂
This dude probably gave them to her then realized they might be worth something. Either way though the neighbor should just give them back and to hell with the bs…
Right, because it’s most likely stolen property anyway.
Damn these people are all sorts of messed up :/ I feel bad for them. I suspect drugs and more. Who knows. Definitely feels like there's more backstory here. Weirdest case I've seen to date
Dude stole the ink lol no company is gonna give away 4k in product
Interesting love triangle dynamic. D said - We're still friends. We still hang out.....
Omg that text to the wrong personnnnn ugh! The horror she must have felt when she realized. I’ve done that before and was MORTIFIED!!! It felt like the blood drained from my body!!!
Me too 😂
I think the defendant was so hurt about getting sued that she went “overboard” on counterclaim. They were free cartridges, this was all for nothing.
lol whole lotta work geting a short story out of 3 really creepy people.... Just amazing.
Definitely Wasn’t expecting the defendant to have that voice 😳
Girrrrrrl lol right when she said he said the gold in the cartridges was worth more than the cartridges themselves, I knewwwwww it was drugs 😂
The husband gonna give it to her on the way home for mentioning the warranty scam
I work in middle school, EVERY single time I call a student out on talking while the teacher is talking they inevitably say “I wasn’t even talking”, or “I didn’t even say anything”. He did the same thing 😂 forgot he’s wearing a microphone hahahaha
The husband definitely didn’t get the ink an honest way and the wife of a back stabber. What a terrible couple doing so much ha to a nice neighbor.
Is no one going to mention the woman behind the plaintiffs with the blond bob who can't keep her eyes open?! lol
Where did the judge ever work? The printer in my office takes 4 cartridges--magenta, cyan, yellow and black--each of which costs $160. That's not unusual for businesses that need high quality prints.
Lol he stole those cartridges and a “$1200” bike frame!
This whole episode was weird & I’m here for it lol 😂
I think judge got annoyed & forgot about the tv. 🤣 She was totally entitled to that by both of their testimonies!! Strange couple.
dont ya just love the way Harvey's dogs were barking during his "covid" talk lol, damn COVID!!!!
Lawyers whisper in court all the time 😂😂😂😂…
@@pat22nasty Lawyers make salary, win or lose. These are litigants who know nothing about the law. Judge Milean has ripped kid apart for throwing her hands up once.
The government really needs to look closer into the finances of people they are paying disability to. How is this woman collecting $1200 a month from the tax payers purse when she's obviously running a business?? Either she can work or she can't. And she is. Cut her off!!
She has a very deep voice.
Those cigarettes will do it
That's definitely a he lol
She's transgender, the effect on her voice is because of the Estrogen shots.
@@the_lonely_nerd5623sorry it's a he, not she, the DNA will prove me right
Bay area livin', baby. This was a weird one. My girl on the Plaintiff's side lookin' like a cherub Stevie Nicks!
Defendant blinked twice during entire trial. He deserves something
She
The husbands “can I say something” “can I say something tho?”
an actual nice person doesn’t have to tell people they’re a nice person lol
These people would be great characters for a bumbling heist comedy
If it’s real, that handbag the plaintiff came in with is a Hermes Birkin bag and is freakin’ expensive.
94% chance it's fake from alibaba
The dentist reply sent me😂🤣😭
Why would you go on tv and use words that you don’t understand the meaning of?
😂😭😂
I know..
I don't think she has the cartridges 😂😂😂
Yup. I thought so too.
Thats defendants voice 😳. Was listening as i was driving and i swear i thought that was a male in late 20s or early 30s!
@Truth Betold yes the defendant is clearly trans 🤷♀️
This neighbor is a trip 😆😆 she spilling all the tea!!
How many times she told that lady that’s the wrong word lol… when trying to sound smart goes wrong
How dare her go out of her own recognizance! That could be pretty risky.😂😂😂 just stop already.
