BMW Suede Steering Wheel Wrap Install Easy DIY

My M5 steering wheel was badly worn out and in need of replacement. Rather than spending big money on a new wheel, I decided to wrap it in an alcantara suede material that I got off eBay. Very straight forward process with really good results.

How has the cover been for you, since you didn't use the tape? Do you find that there is any give or flex, or does it feel as secure as it did before?

Thanks Fella, Hope it went well for You. Was only two plus mins in when I realised that there were two seams, at approx 10 and 2 oclock . Why did they do that? Where most hands would be?

The only ssue i have is you make an alreafy fat wheel even fatter... i would love if we could somehow remove the existing leather and THEN stitch the alcantara..
