Thanks for this, but it’s too mixed, ideally and more commonly the routine is segmented in short, mid and long length suspension workouts with or without mat. Now I’m continually changing length and grabbing and removing the mat(Also you don’t always mention when the mat is needed like with the crunch), resting my knees on hardwood floor is not pleasant. Also suspension lengths are taken too big, so for people working out in smaller rooms or lower mounts, these lengths won’t work out. I do a bicep curls on short length, but that all depends, I am tall, and I don’t have much space behind me. Same with timing, this is not 20 minutes and the timer never seems to correlate with the start of an excercise. Nice excercises and tips tho!!❤
Thanks for your feedback! The idea with this workout was to include the most effective TRX exercises. Yes it isn't ideal to have to change the strap lengths, but I didn't want to compromise on the quality of the workout. The strap length does not have to be as I suggested in the video. The main thing to consider with the strap length is the level of intensity it is providing as it affects the angle of your body.
Good and certainly good focus, video being visual medium, verbalization is superflous. It was fun, but I'd preferr set piece workout. Fairly esoteric movements are not for the beginer; the more complex the less requirement for discussion yes? Let the rookies find a breakdown of basics elsewhere, running a timers is mutually beneficial.
Thanks for the feedback. The first round is more of a demo/warm up round and the second round is the working set round. You can repeat the second round multiple times. Thanks
Thanks for the feedback! I agree with you but I wanted to give as many tips and cues as possible for the exercises as it is not just what you do but how you do it that counts.
By far the best TRX workout I have been able to find on YT. Simple with clear instructions and warnings. Thank you
Thank you for watching!

@@TheBodyEngineers any more 20 minute ones would be great! Maybe one for upper body, lower then core- would set up my week perfectly!! Thank you.

Good
I like the workout, just wish we had more time in between to adjust the straps. I was rushing, even with try to pause in between.
Thanks for your feedback, I will take this into consideration for the next video!

Stopped after the third exercise exactly for this reason: Each of the first 3 exercises use different strap lengths

The changing of the length makes the workout clunky and slow

so much talking instead of excercise, arr
Thanks for your feedback
Annoying as hell the explanation is not in time with the timer. Show the exersize then do the set. Put me right 9ff watching anymore videos.
Thanks for the feedback!
Bro just do it, to much blah blah blah

Explanation was just fine, no extra word was said!
