  • Join me for this 32 Minute TRX Tabata Burner workout. We'll be using the suspension trainer to work your entire body for strength and cardio in the Tabata format! We'll get a good muscle burn and get our hearts pumping for cardio. As always I'll give options for all fitness levels. Let's do it!

    I have been doing your May Day workouts faithfully and have been so happy that you make them so easy for people with a basic home gym except for this one, why would you do a TRX workout when the average person doing your workouts doesn't even have
    one of these?

      On my monthly calendar there is always a bodyweight option on that day.

    Feet should be flexed in cradles for planks and other exercises on the floor.
