    can these excersizes replace inserts on long run ?

    I can’t do the second all toes move up with the big toe.

      It was very hard for me as well. Took about 2 weeks of practicing everyday. My wife was able to do the firs time.

      @@PerformanceSportSpine Ah .. i use toe spreaders …but temporary short succes . If your boss gives you safety shoes with small toebox . Cheap shoe industry makes cheap small toebox …. and i have to walk in these all day long .
