    Neck and shoulder pain are the 2️⃣nd most common musculoskeletal compliant. And perhaps even more prevalent in sedentary jobs, such as desk workers, dentist or hair stylist
    The recommended dosage for week 1️⃣ through 4️⃣ 5x/week, 2 sets of 12-15 reps. Then progress to a 10-12 rep range.
    Often lack of adherence and/or barriers to implementation for exercises/physical activity are one of the biggest issues with positive outcomes.
    Interesting they found a reduction in pain, but no increase strength. Further separating the two, pain (a sensory experience) from strength ( a motor/force component).
