Never give up, you will develop thick skin with bad calls, soon you will become immune to them, and most of the time the bad calls are with unmotivated sellers. I once had a seller that owned a commercial property, and was basically begging to sign the contract lol, this game can be discouraging as hell, and rewarding and fun.l, never give up .
