    Stop people make illegal, unsolicited calls to lowball you on your properties. They sell your property for a profit, but never put the property in their name so they can avoid paying taxes. If these vultures call you, report them to your carrier, the do not call list, the SoS and the IRS. They're calling to take advantage of you. Report them.
