The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.
Back in the day, when I purchased my first home to live-in; that was Miami in the early 1990s, first mortgages with rates of 8 to 9% and 9% to 10% were typical. People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Pretty sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.
If anything, it'll get worse. Very soon, affordable housing will no longer be affordable. So anything anyone want to do, I will advise they do it now because the prices today will look like dips tomorrow. Until the Fed clamps down even further, I think we're going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. You can't halfway rip the band-aid off.
Home prices will come down eventually, but for now; get your money (as much as you can) out of the housing market and get into the financial markets or gold. The new mortgage rates are crazy, add to that the recession and the fact that mortgage guidelines are getting more difficult. Home prices will need to fall by a minimum of 40% (more like 50%) before the market normalizes.If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now its best you seek an independent advisor who knows about the financial markets.

I realised that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I always tell my self you don't need that new car or vacation just yet and the mindset helps me make more money gdpminer. For example last year I invested 70k in gdpminer and crypt0s( with the help of my advisor of course) and made about 380k,but guess what I put it back and traded with her again and now I'm running up close to a million.. Delayed gratification always pays off. Never give up on your dreams and make investment your priority

I absolutely love this video! I'm a newly licensed agent, about 2 weeks now. I'm already a business owner, so a lot of what this video discusses I have been through. It's 100% the truth. I already know that success takes time, but it takes even more time if you don't get to work and learn how to become the best. I haven't gotten any sales as of yet but before I even passed my state exam I started posting and letting people know that I was becoming an agent, I created social media accounts, got a email list together, and started looking for a broker! Customers are everywhere you just have to dedicate yourself to your work, and don't be discouraged. If you go in knowing that this is mostly work and networking the first year, you will be fine. Just know the harder you work, the more results you will get. This video definitely helped me map out more time of my day. I am advertising like crazy, I haven't even sold a property and know how and I am posting as if I sold 20. Like he said if you show confidence in what you do others can see that, and hear it ! I currently live in indiana and do a job that i do not enjoy living in a state that I hate. Next spring/summer I am starting fresh in Sarasota FL. I am enrolled in Tampa School of Realty and will complete my online course in approximately 2 months and then will take a short trip to Sarasota to take the state exam. I may as well he newly licensed. But I’ve had my license for almost 2 years and I was on a team for most of that time. I left the team and I truly understand the meaning of sink or swim now that I’m solo. It’s going to be a journey to get on my own feet but I’m ready for it

My question is how do you structure this with family life? I’m a full time real estate agent. Brand spanking new to the business. I’m making changes that are so beneficial, like waking up at 5am. However, I’m the main caregiver (my husband is in the army) for my kids and they are up at 7:30. We have a routine where I’m working while they are up but most of my day is spent multi-tasking especially in the summer when they are out of school. I am determined to be the best, I don’t want to become the “lazy agent”. I have the drive to do this but the reason I made this transition was because family is soooo important to me. It is a very high value on my list. So where does the balance of being the best agent but also being an attentive wife and mother come in. I see that most of the people who are successful in this routine of 14-16 hour days don’t have kids or a family. Or they aren’t the main caregivers for their family.

Oh my. I cannot emphasize ENOUGH at how true all of this is!!! I wish I came across this and many other videos I have been watching back when I just started. I’m a young mom of two kids and hold a license for 4 years already but not even close to successful. I was on FIRE my first year but had no clue what to do and where to go. Did lots of door knocking for a few months, and didn’t even know you had to have a script for that. I also did everything those “amazing” classes at my brokerage told me to do, also did what my mentor told me to do and no success. I felt like I was still out there alone and doing SOMETHING wrong. I felt like I was wasting time going to all those classes and eventually stopped attending them. You cannot imagine the level of annoyance and frustration I had when realtors in my office tried to “motivate” me by saying “go get that listing” or “when do we have a listing coming”?? A year later, I got pregnant with my second child and everything slowed down and came to a screeching stop. Now, I know exactly what it was that I did wrong and what exactly I need to work on. I am hoping that the schedule I just created with the help of this video, will get me to where I want to be financially in the next few months!

Based on what you said about hunger; I did what you suggested for real estate agents in my field of Education. I went in hungry. I learned and taught with a drive unlike anyone else. It did not take long for me to win awards and within 5 years, I became Teacher of the Year (in Beijing, China). I have approached real-estate with the same mindset; be hungry, be driven; put in the effort to become the very best. I have a 5-year goal in real-estate. I am determined to reach my goal. If I did it once in Education, I can do it again in real-estate.
Kevin I have learned so much in my short time in real estate. I have been to almost every class the Realtor's association has offered. I've talked to and learned from brokers and all kinds of agents. I have a solid "personal circle" with tons of promise... Now when I take a course I realize I don't need to know much else from any class. I learned in the Military that the only person that can truly keep you from being promoted is "YOU" so I worked harder at promotion than any of my peers. I do work in the IT Field (Enterprise Systems Analyst) and I make 85K... I've studied RE Investment and now getting my REA license... Are you telling me I will not be successful unless I quit my 85K/year job right off the bat? I guess there'll be plenty of time to prove that wrong to you and everyone else... but I'm a good listener so I'd like to hear what you have to say to us. Adding @kevinward for his insight.
@@auntlalanyc It’s a great investment to be sure. However, I recommend that you go all in on real estate if you wish to do well. There’s is a lot to learn and invest your time into. Part time will get you part time results. I just quit my part time job to go all in and it is paying off. Something to consider if you can.

Hello i am about to start here in France! I am quite afraid to fail but still i want to try😊 do you have any advice for me ?
I currently live in indiana and do a job that i do not enjoy living in a state that I hate. Next spring/summer I am starting fresh in Sarasota FL. I am enrolled in Tampa School of Realty and will complete my online course in approximately 2 months and then will take a short trip to Sarasota to take the state exam. I have already made a valuable connection with a luxury real estate agent in that general area and starting today I found this video and have started filling up my note pad. I am thankful I found you as this gives me an enormous amount of time to prepare for when I physically make the move.
Update, passed school and state exam and now am in post licensing. Will be in fl in May if all goes to plan!

I am 21 and just got my first sales job selling boats and I want to commit to becoming a real estate agent within the next year. The first year is about learning and marketing yourself but mostly learning.
Don't worry about commission splits and all that crap the 1st year. You need a good brokerage.

I'm currently a real estate student who hasn't worked in over 20 years. I plan to start off part time once I'm licensed and the school I picked has a 90 boot camp program I'll be doing.
My question is how do you structure this with family life? I’m a full time real estate agent. Brand spanking new to the business. I’m making changes that are so beneficial, like waking up at 5am. However, I’m the main caregiver (my husband is in the army) for my kids and they are up at 7:30. We have a routine where I’m working while they are up but most of my day is spent multi-tasking especially in the summer when they are out of school. I am determined to be the best, I don’t want to become the “lazy agent”. I have the drive to do this but the reason I made this transition was because family is soooo important to me. It is a very high value on my list. So where does the balance of being the best agent but also being an attentive wife and mother come in. I see that most of the people who are successful in this routine of 14-16 hour days don’t have kids or a family. Or they aren’t the main caregivers for their family.

Oh my. I cannot emphasize ENOUGH at how true all of this is!!! I wish I came across this and many other videos I have been watching back when I just started. I’m a young mom of two kids and hold a license for 4 years already but not even close to successful. I was on FIRE my first year but had no clue what to do and where to go. Did lots of door knocking for a few months, and didn’t even know you had to have a script for that. I also did everything those “amazing” classes at my brokerage told me to do, also did what my mentor told me to do and no success. I felt like I was still out there alone and doing SOMETHING wrong. I felt like I was wasting time going to all those classes and eventually stopped attending them. You cannot imagine the level of annoyance and frustration I had when realtors in my office tried to “motivate” me by saying “go get that listing” or “when do we have a listing coming”?? A year later, I got pregnant with my second child and everything slowed down and came to a screeching stop. Now, I know exactly what it was that I did wrong and what exactly I need to work on. I am hoping that the schedule I just created with the help of this video, will get me to where I want to be financially in the next few months!

Based on what you said about hunger; I did what you suggested for real estate agents in my field of Education. I went in hungry. I learned and taught with a drive unlike anyone else. It did not take long for me to win awards and within 5 years, I became Teacher of the Year (in Beijing, China). I have approached real-estate with the same mindset; be hungry, be driven; put in the effort to become the very best. I have a 5-year goal in real-estate. I am determined to reach my goal. If I did it once in Education, I can do it again in real-estate.
Kevin I have learned so much in my short time in real estate. I have been to almost every class the Realtor's association has offered. I've talked to and learned from brokers and all kinds of agents. I have a solid "personal circle" with tons of promise... Now when I take a course I realize I don't need to know much else from any class. (I need to practice skills)

@@auntlalanyc It’s a great investment to be sure. However, I recommend that you go all in on real estate if you wish to do well. There’s is a lot to learn and invest your time into. Part time will get you part time results. I just quit my part time job to go all in and it is paying off. Something to consider if you can.
