Hey everyone. As a mechanical engineering student at the University of Cape Town, balancing studies with financial struggles has been tough. Any advice, or support would mean the world to me- more details in my account description. Thank you!

Am retiring next year but the thought of retirement gives me weakness. My apologies to everyone who have retired and filing social security during this time after putting in all those years of work just to lose everything to a problem you never imagined to happen. It's so difficult for people who are retired and have no savings or loved ones to fall back on
Retirement is more challenging now than it used to be. I've focused on saving rather than investing, and currently, I have about $400K. With inflation on the rise, I'm considering investing in stocks, but I'm not familiar with effective market strategies.
Planning ahead can really minimize taxes! I've made a smart reinvestments, especially with some great guidance from a pro for a half year now, and it's been a game changer. I was able to reinvest my RMD strategically, and I'm now pulling in about $25k a week, despite doing very little trading myself. It's a nice cushion against financial stress. Best of luck with your RMD decisions!
This year, I invested 10k in Digital Assets and turned it into six figures within a few months-and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for investing because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, you have an awesome content!

Amen, brotha. (Am I allowed to say that? 😬 ) Listen, I agree. I’d love to only add to your comment: “…music and sport only, while also using their time in the spotlight to act like adult children serving as a terrible example of what it is to deserve respect.” (This is by no means exclusive to black men and women in music and sports, but all.) God bless. Happy New Year.

I agree. Based on personal experience working with a financial manager, I currently have ($2million) in a well-diversified portfolio that has experienced exponential growth from when i started. *Trading has truly transformed my life. I started with nothing but curiosity and a leap of faith in the financial markets. Despite challenges, I stayed committed, learning and growing with each step. Today, I’m proud to say that trading not only gave me financial freedom but also the means to own a house. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m grateful for the opportunities it’s brought my way*
Investing in the financial market is one of the best decisions anyone looking to create real wealth can make. It offers endless opportunities to grow your finances, build a stable income, and achieve your goals. The earlier you start, the closer you are to unlocking financial freedom

Great thoughts! I started investing earlier this year, with a start of 30k. I made my first 100k USD last month. Today, I have a decent $260K nest egg. My only regret is not starting earlier. This comment serves as motivation for all those who haven't made returns from investments, do not give up, the right investments will change your life. I should retire soon as long as things remain this good.
How did you manage to achieve that level of growth? I'm 55 years old with very little set aside for retirement at this point. I have always been curious about the market and have witnessed people who played the game right and retired early. Some claimed they started very small, but their portfolio grew over time. I do have a significant amount but I'm unsure about which strategies or approach to take in order to achieve good returns. I'm open-minded and would appreciate any help or guidance

you are completely right, Advisors have information and paths that are not disclosed to the public.. I profited $560k in 2023 under the tutelage of my Fiduciary-counselor. Am I selling? Absolutely not.. I am going to sit back and observe how this all plays out.
This is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. I’m a 1099 entrepreneur and just passed $70k so the S-Corp advice means a lot to me. I want to change our family’s stars so I want to learn as much as possible.
Amazing video, you work for 40yrs to have $1M in your retirement, meanwhile some people are putting just $10K into trading from just few months ago and now they are multimillionaires
Ms Racheal Campbell was my hope during the 'bear summer' last year. I did so many mistakes but also learned so much from it, and of course from Racheal Campbell
The first step to successful investing is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but is very advisable you make use of a professional .
She is my family's personal broker and also a personal broker in many families I'm United State, she's a licensed broker and a FINRA AGENT in United states
I reached 250 thousand dollars invested, it took me 2 years, last month I received 30 thousand only in dividends. Only with believers. This month it will be 40,000 and so on, in the next few years it will be 500 thousand in the year alone in Bitcoin ETFs and other dividend yields. What took me 2 years to invest, I will have in 1 year
I am 52 years old. I reached my first 100 thousand dollars in just 3 months. I started with 20k investing in Bitcoin ETFs and other dividend income. My medium-term goal is to reach one million dollars before I turn 55.
OBVIOUS, investing is not for everyone, friend, I don't know what illusion you live under that something is for everyone. Interest in investments already represents a micropercentage of the population; if you think about crypto, then it's an even better sub-niche. I made a profit of 2 million dollars in 2 years investing in crypto assets.
It's just that those who have no knowledge have to worry about spending time acquiring knowledge to earn more than that, it's not about wasting time on cryptocurrency videos or courses, instead seek help from a professional broker who can Help you with your investment to earn huge profits. earnings
This dude is AMAZING! When I get my or start getting my money right this is the man I’m coming to. Love to see brothas like this with Knowledge teaching us these things.
I dislike taxes for one main reason: the government requires individuals to calculate their own taxes and imposes heavy penalties for mistakes. While I have no problem paying taxes as a US citizen, it seems strange to me that I have to do the paperwork when the government already has all the necessary information.
I don't regret the financial mistakes I've made in the past, as they've all taught me valuable lessons. However, my biggest misstep was planning my finances without consulting a licensed financial advisor.
I did seek the help of a financial counselor, and as I approach retirement, their advice has been invaluable. I initially worried that compound interest on index funds wouldn’t be enough since I started late. It’s amusing to see that I’ve outperformed colleagues with more investment experience, having gained over $386k tax-free
This is definitely significant! Do you have any recommendations for professionals or advisors I could contact? I really need guidance on proper portfolio allocation.
Sharon Ann Meny is the coach who guides me. With years of experience in the financial markets, her strategies have worked well for me and contributed to my success. She offers clear entry and exit points for the securities I focus on
Thank you for the tip. I found your coach online and conducted my due diligence before scheduling a call. Based on her resume, she appears to be highly proficient.
I just watched his video on a step by step process on getting a rental property. Glad to see someone who looks like me doing it big. Makes me feel even more Inspired 💯✊🏿
Fascinating story. It reminds me of the strategies mentioned in ebook Untold Business Masterclass. It's eye-opening how the wealthy use knowledge that's rarely talked about to stay ahead..
From $10K to $60K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family, thanks Katherine Grace Maier.
I'm celebrating £32K stock portfolio today... Started this journey with £3K.... I've invested no time and also with the right terms, now I have time for my family and life ahead of me.
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
He's so good at numbers it's insane. It's so easy to get lost in all the technical junkies but he doesn't seem to be fazed at all with all the confusion.
This is the guy who isn't in it for the fame, he's been learning and applying the knowledge, working behind the scenes while trying to put everyone else on game!
Karlton Dennis’s approach is essentially a combination of: Setting up the right entity (an S-corp, possibly paired with LLCs). Maximizing tax deductions (via real estate depreciation, vehicle deductions, and short-term rentals). Documenting carefully to make it all legitimate in the eyes of the IRS. By doing so, he offsets most (or all) of his business profits with these strategic “paper losses” and legal deductions-resulting in minimal or zero federal income tax while still growing his net worth.
6:45 to 7:02 is pure gold. Dooooo not miss what he’s saying. The biggest difference is in the small behavioral change. Sheesh! This brotha is dialed in. 😤🔥🔑
Yeah I cringe at that girl (Jasmine DiLucci) who does shorts reacting to guys like this guy, saying what he’s doing is illegal. She says she’s a “tax attorney” but she’s literally just an IRS shill.
Most times it amazes me greatly the way I move from an average lifestyle to earning over $25k per week, utter shock is the word, I have understood a lot in the past few years to doubt that opportunities abound in the financial markets, The only thing is to know where to focus
This is not the time to sit back and watch how wealthy others are or how much money others makes, this is a fresh start for everyone and it’s time we start making advances to our own advantage
Most people get caught with the act of wishing on other peoples lives, how wealthy they are and all without thinking of building their own wealth, investing in yourself should be your major priority and not looking to be someone else
Building your financial strength is what people should focus more on, I’ve always been a fan of investing and earning more money than watching someone else’s life
Absolutely!! There’s no better wish than building yourself into becoming wealthy for other to wish to become who you are, I quickly understood that and I’ve been working in that pace, I work and at the same time invest in both stocks and foreign exchange markets, different communities and all, this has really helped me earn enough money than I could ever earn working for the next 20 years
I’ve always been the kind of person that admires those who are wealthy, please since there’s advice going on what can I do to be wealthy? I work different jobs just to meet up with bills and my day to day living
I was once like you all I did was work and save, just to use all those money to settle more bills without having a penny to show for. If you want to gain financial freedom I’ll advise you invest more than you save, presently I’m into stocks and crypto trades
Last year I was working full time, budgeting groceries, unable to afford date nights, and missing time with my kids. Now I learned how to make money online. Now am a SAHM, homeschooling, and making profits every week.
Everyone needs more than their salary to be financial stable. The best thing to do with your money is to invest it rightly, because money left for saving always end up used with no returns.
Financial education is indeed required for more than 60% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. Regardless of how bad in the economy I still make 35k from my investment of 12k Thanks to NORAZ WHELER for her helpful guides
Thank goodness you brought this up! Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 10 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life. Great piece!
Wow, congratulations on your impressive investment success! Your discipline and focus on delayed gratification is truly inspiring. I'm curious, what are some of the key factors that you consider when making investment decisions? Do you have any tips for those of us who are just starting to dip our toes into the world of investing? Thanks for sharing your story!
she's a known advisor. I actually did look her up curiously and went through her credentials on her webbsite... Top-notch! I wrote her an email, hopefully she's accepting new intakes.
I think he have great advice for a person in the perfect situation. Just b/c someone makes $100,000 doesn’t mean they’ll have $100,000 saved. I would like to hear more examples for ppl who are working on limited money.
The irs definitely goes through this guy with a fine tooth comb. He could still have all those cars and just pay his taxes. The whole thing about avoiding taxes is kind of sick imo. Have fun getting those irs letters
The only issue is that you are essentially delaying the tax bill. If you sell the property once fully depreciated (5 years), you will end up paying it back in capital gains when you sell. What am I missing?
The key is to reinvest into another real estate property & then it continues to be a write off. Another key is investing in multi family units that way you get monthly cash flow & make the investments worth while. Then step & repeat. 🔁 it’s how the rich stays rich & pays 0 taxes
What I appreciate about Elvin Greg Fx is his ability to tailor strategies to individual needs. He recognizes that each investor or trader has unique goals and risk tolerances, and He adapts his advice accordingly.
I started with 1BTC,Thank you for the information. I conducted my own research, and your advisor appears to be highly skilled and knowledgeable. I've sent him an email and arranged everything. His expertise is impressive, and I'm eagerly anticipating our conversation for long term.
Doesn’t matter. They can all enter. It’s their tax code. It’s their game. Just learn to play it. My first rental, I had no idea what depreciation was, until I saw my tax return. I asked my tax guy what is this non cash expense? …. and he explained. I just stared at him…..wait…can you say that again…
Yeah pretty obvious how to spot bots. Some random comment about “insert product here” and hundreds if not thousands of likes with very little comments. Do people actually fall for this shit? Nevermind…. Of course they do.
I've been keeping a close eye on the housing market, and prices have been surging for years. It's becoming increasingly challenging for first-time buyers to break in. For someone with a $400,000 reserve, diversification could involve exploring a mix of investments, such as equities, fixed-income securities, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and perhaps alternative assets like gold or cryptocurrency, depending on risk tolerance and financial goals.
It's not just rising prices but also increasing interest rates that are making homeownership less affordable for many. With the guidance of a skilled financial advisor, you can build a well-structured portfolio to navigate these challenges effectively.
Exactly. Many people underestimate the value of financial advisors until their emotions lead to costly mistakes-no offense intended. During the COVID outbreak, I needed a solid strategy to stay on track. After researching extensively, I found an advisor with the determination and expertise I needed. Since Q3 2020, my portfolio has consistently grown by 25% each quarter.
I’ve been working with the well-known Rebecca Lynne Buie for about three years, and her performance has been consistently outstanding. She’s highly regarded in her field-definitely worth looking into.
Thank you for this tip , I must say, Laurel appears to be quite knowledgeable. After coming across her online page, I thoroughly went through her resume, educational background, and qualifications, and I must say, it was quite impressive. I reached out to her, and I have booked a session with her.
I can still remember the exact feeling on my biggest payday in the market. Imagine taking home $407k just from 12k initial deposit. For the newbies I'll encourage anyone to embrace copytrade as the best approach especially when you're a newbie
Huge! been trying to trade on my own for a while now but it isn't going well. Few weeks ago I lost about $10,000 in a particular trade. Can you at least advise me on what to do?
Being in discord and starting trading is literally changing my life. I started with a small $5,000 account but i have got up to $41,600 in two week! Big growth for me...🔥🔥
I discovered Jeff Reynolds through a recommendation on BBC News, and I've been following his lead ever since. Honestly, I was skeptical about entrusting someone with my financial growth, but I'm thrilled that I took the leap.
I have a lot of respect for Karlton. I've known about him when he was small and he's worked his way up to what he is today. It was awesome to see his growth.
@ guess that comment could sound like a bot but not a bot. I talked to him over the phone in 2019. Never used his service but have been an early subscriber to his channel.
I have a strong feeling one day that someone will be interviewed by you and when you ask how they got rich they will say because they watched school of hard knocks!
Very nice job covering the basics. I am sharing this not to brag but to show what’s possible. I’m retired and I have 2 separate portfolios. One is a long term growth dividend portfolio of stocks where i sell covered calls strategically and my 2nd portfolio is the Crypto trading strategy where its all about income. I am on pace to make $120K in realized options profits and around $869K in crypto profit... What is great is that my long-term portfolio is still up significantly as well. As such, it’s possible to generate excellent income but still have a total return perspective. ...Amidst this, the insights of a knowledgeable guide like that of Expert ‘’Matthew D Heck’’ can be crucial. His expertise in navigating the nuances of trading has been the key for Me understanding and making the most of these emerging financial trends.
New survey has revealed rising adoption of cryptocurrency among the world billionaires, as they start experimenting in the digital currency, expanding their investments portfolio beyond traditional profitable assets.
How would you recommend i enter the crypto market? I am also looking at studying some traders and copying their strategy rather than investing myself and losing money emotionally. What's your take on this approach? and How can i reach him, if you don't mind me asking?
Can't share much here, I take guidance from ‘Matthew D Heck’ a renowned figure in his industry with over two decades of work experience. I'd suggest you research him further on the web.

This month I already earned 55 thousand dollars in crypto ETFs, Bitcoin and the stock
Cryptocurrency investments pay a higher percentage return than any other investment. Mainly Bitcoin ETFs, which mostly pay out every week
OBVIOUS, investing is not for everyone, friend, I don't know what illusion you live under that something is for everyone.

This was epic on many levels. This is actually my first year as a S Corp. so hearing all this information is awesome.
FYI - You can do an LLC that is filing as an S-Corp without having to be an S-Corp.
Blessings
Though I’m not sure the last tax strategy would work doing the filing as an S-Corp. being an LLC. May need to be an S-Corp to rent back to self?

From $10K to $60K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family, thanks Katherine Grace Maier.
I'm surprised that you just mentioned and recommended Katherine Maier, I met her at a conference in 2018 and we have been working together ever since.
The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.

Brilliant, I love this dude!!
Karlton Dennis’s approach is essentially a combination of:
Setting up the right entity (an S-corp, possibly paired with LLCs).
Thanks for getting ChatGDP input on this video

The best interview! I wish it was slower and longer with more detail for w2 workers and real estate holders.
If you want to gain financial freedom I’ll advise you invest more than you save, presently I’m into stocks and crypto trades
this man is brilliant and this was the most informative interview your channel had posted!
Carlton dropped pure knowledge-this is how you know he’s not bs-ing you, the codes used are cited!👊🏽
Last year I was working full time, budgeting groceries, unable to afford date nights, and missing time with my kids. Now I learned how to make money online. Now am a SAHM, homeschooling, and making profits every week.
You are absolutely right 💯
Everyone needs more than their salary to be financial stable. The best thing to do with your money is to invest it rightly, because money left for saving always end up used with no returns.
Am looking for something to venture into on a short term basis, I really need to create an alternate source of income, what do you think I should do?
Cryptocurrency/stock investment, but you will need a professional guide on that.

Great info, thanks!

I'm glad I came across your comment! Could you share the name of the consultant who assisted you?
