ahh they both look so good! I wish i was there to try them both haha. one of these challenges you guys should try picking out a mystery ingredient for each other & figuring out how to incorporate it into your dishes! or using the same ingredient to create different ones like pumpkin or something for the fall! i think that'd be so interesting to watch yall figure something out!

I finally tried to make my own version of John's meatball sub tonight. It was absolutely amazing! I rarely comment on youtube videos, but you both have such great videos and recipes. I really loved this and love your spirit. Watching this channel was the final push that helped me become fully vegan a few months ago and I haven't looked back since. Cheers!

i used to live in new orleans, and there was a gas station down the street from my house that had po boys and i would go there all the time and get shrimp po boys. i NEED to make lauren's recipe, miss po boys.

I saw this and made it because lucky me had oyster mushrooms. I switched up the sauce a little bit and put on cucumbers. But I died Lauren. And they sent my ghost back to tell you that I died being happy because of that freaking delicious sandwich.

Just made Lauren's po boy sandwich.. oh my god. Oh. Oh my god. I make my own non-dairy milk (ayooo college girl lol) I didn't have apple cider vinegar so I just used my vegan sushi vinegar and it amazing. I did add old baeeee to the seasoning and it was to die for. You guys honestly need to try it out for yourself words can not begin to explain how good it is. (Couldn't find a vegan hoagie so I went to a vegan cafe and bought their hoagie rolls lol)

I am so excited to finally see a vegetarian/vegan po boy finally!! When I was in college I worked at a seafood place that had such good ones and in the 14 years I've been vegetarian I've never seen a recipe that looked good. This looks tasty! can't wait to try it! Also, I have made John's pretzel bites 3 times since that video was posted. You guys make such addicting food!

I've been vegan for a little over 5 months now and couldn't be happier with the decision for obvious reasons, but your channel has made the whole experience that much better for me! You can use soya mince same thing
We in czech republic (neighbors) have granulated soy meat.. you must have it 100% too.. so just take that and season it like beef ;)
We have that in Germany! They sell it at ALDI or LIDL, vegan minced meat. (das veggie Hack bei den 2 Läden ist vegan, ist hald nur nicht gefroren sondern in der Kühltheke).
Ich würde es mal mit dem Rügenwalder Mühle Hack versuchen, das ist vegan und sehr lecker :)
