I have vericose veins problem along with spider veins in both legs.i donet tests and ultrasound to diagnose the stage having blood tests from cmc ludhiana during 2022. I have too many swelling veins upto thighs.doctor suggests me to have surgery. I took homeopathy treatment for one and half year from a dr vishwanarh sood. Along with this i continue massage with olive oil having garlic added in it I do exercise and wear full length stockings daily for hours. Now clots from my feets are disappaered After long time treatment with patience and daily routine workout i succeed to get rid of this problem Now sllowly slowly vericose veins are disappearing I thank God that 🙏 i feel better day by day

The sciatica may contribute to more pain & you should be extra careful while doing the squats & hamstring curls (keep your back straight). You may also take some physio sessions under the guidance of a physiotherapist

Thanks Doctor. I do most of these exercises, but not the curl exercise bcoz I just had a right ankle operation due to rupture of Achilles tendon last Aug wch will complete a yr on 15th Aug. Can't put too much of strain too as smtimes my heels pain.

If your veins are large, then wearing stockings during walk will be beneficial. Otherwise, you may skip them during workout, but wear throughout the day later.
For Lymphedema, a combination of Compression pump therapy, lymphatic massage and drainage followed by compression bandages/ stockings or wraps works fine
