I know that this is an old video, but I've just finished the daily calendar workout for Oct 18th, and really REALLY wanna say: Pleeeeeaaaaase bring back thumbholes!! 🙏😭💕 The shrug tops from the Dark Bloom collection were to die for, and I absolutely love hoodies, shrugs, long sleeve tops or sweaters or light jackets with thumb holes! When I was younger, I'd get scissors and cut thumb holes in every top I could that didn't already come with thumb holes 😅 please bring thumb holes back to PopFlex 🤩

Also, can we appreciate her calendar skills and how far they've come? It used to be very busy and now her aesthetics have changed so much. It's more clean and simple and minimalist. So stunning.
Success story! I wanted to sign up with a modelling agency a few years back but my hips where 7 cms too big. They told me that they’ll give me one and a half month to prepare so i can come back and see me. Ten days before seeing them my hips were as big as they used to be. I panicked. I did this workout everyday (sometimes even twice a day) for ten days. AND I LOST 3 cms! In TEN DAYS!!! This workout is the best hip workout om the internet guys!
I have been doing this workout for 7 years n whenever I put weight on that’s the only video that helped me to slim down my hips n alps love handles.thanks very much cassy ❤️

O.M.G!!!!!! i'm soooo glad i found this, i've been trying zumba, yoga a lot of diets but nothing works for me cuz my overweight is too much, and i saw this video and just brought to my mind that i did ballet for 18 years and all we did was pilates and i had killer legs back then i'll start soon with this but i might need a begginers routine.

Absolutely loved it.. It doesnt feel like you hell dead after the work out and doesnt even feel like you haven't done anythibg at all.. Love the positive vibe.. I have done the whole beginners calendar and now I'm finishing the december 2017 calendar but still I can't do a side plank for more than 2 seconds haha, I had to go on my knee again >.< but I know I WILL get stronger, and I'm waiting for the day in 2018 when I will be able to raise my leg while being in a side plank position. Love you Cassey, working out with you makes me happy! Day 22 done!
I love this exercise routine!! The intensity isn't overwhelming but it has the consistency to make you really really feel the effects of the moves. Cassey I love you!! I did this routine this morning after my banana pancakes... Nom nom nom :D
Another great playlist today. I was even taking it easy today, since I was feeling under the weather this morning, and these routines still had me sweatin'! The thing I love most about these workouts, how minimal they are but pack an ENORMOUS punch, as well as how functional the moves are, like in tabata. Thanks again, Cassey and the Blogilates team! c:
It's almost two am and after a really lazy day I decided to make myself feel better by working out and this was the last video I did. My. Booty. Is. Dead. My legs are literally shaking. Doing this right after the Call Me Maybe Mighty Squat Challenge is really hard, but now I feel so good!

***** Eat more natural food, take out the processed (no more bad sugar and fats) and add lots of vegetables and fruits, and i'm not sure, but if you want to lose weight, it's better replace the food with gluten with food that contains integral grains. Also, the healthy fats cannot be forgotten (example; avocados, almonds, nuts, etc) you need them to be healthy, but, that doesn't means that you can abuse and eat lots of them in one day, moderation it's the key. I'm not an nutritionist, but, I'm telling you what I have learned with my experience and search to learn how to live a healthy and happy life :) i'm still learning every day, good luck in your journey and hopefully this will help you, if not, you can still ask for advice with a real nutritionist and I'm sure you will have all your questions answered ^-^ And I almost forget something really important, WATER! It's an essential in a healthy life style, leave the bad drinks with sugar and add at least 2 liters of water per day or more if you had a sweaty day of workout, you have to avoid deshidratation :) x.

Could you do a video of your personal weekly workouts that you do to stay fit? I want to make sure that I am doing enough workouts but not over doing. I would very much enjoy this!
If you go to the Blogilates website she posts monthly schedules filled with workouts. There are also beginner workouts available.
I currently follow her daily workouts. I am just interested in her personal daily routine. Similar to the what I eat in a day video

O.M.G!!!!!! i'm soooo glad i found this, i've been trying zumba, yoga a lot of diets but nothing works for me cuz my overweight is too much, and i saw this video and just brought to my mind that i did ballet for 18 years and all we did was pilates and i had killer legs back then i'll start soon with this but i might need a begginers routine.

Absolutely loved it.. It doesnt feel like you hell dead after the work out and doesnt even feel like you haven't done anythibg at all.. Love the positive vibe.. Before i knew it the workout was over absolutely loved it

I have done the whole beginners calendar and now I'm finishing the december 2017 calendar but still I can't do a side plank for more than 2 seconds haha, I had to go on my knee again >.< but I know I WILL get stronger, and I'm waiting for the day in 2018 when I will be able to raise my leg while being in a side plank position. Love you Cassey, working out with you makes me happy! Day 22 done!
I love this exercise routine!! The intensity isn't overwhelming but it has the consistency to make you really really feel the effects of the moves. Cassey I love you!! I did this routine this morning after my banana pancakes... Nom nom nom :D
Another great playlist today. I was even taking it easy today, since I was feeling under the weather this morning, and these routines still had me sweatin'! The thing I love most about these workouts, how minimal they are but pack an ENORMOUS punch, as well as how functional the moves are, like in tabata. Thanks again, Cassey and the Blogilates team! c:

It's almost two am and after a really lazy day I decided to make myself feel better by working out and this was the last video I did. My. Booty. Is. Dead. My legs are literally shaking. Doing this right after the Call Me Maybe Mighty Squat Challenge is really hard, but now I feel so good!

For those pointed leg lifts I switch the ankle weights out with a 8 lb dumbbell..

***** Eat more natural food, take out the processed (no more bad sugar and fats) and add lots of vegetables and fruits, and i'm not sure, but if you want to lose weight, it's better replace the food with gluten with food that contains integral grains. Also, the healthy fats cannot be forgotten (example; avocados, almonds, nuts, etc) you need them to be healthy, but, that doesn't means that you can abuse and eat lots of them in one day, moderation it's the key. I'm not an nutritionist, but, I'm telling you what I have learned with my experience and search to learn how to live a healthy and happy life :) i'm still learning every day, good luck in your journey and hopefully this will help you, if not, you can still ask for advice with a real nutritionist and I'm sure you will have all your questions answered ^-^
And I almost forget something really important, WATER! It's an essential in a healthy life style, leave the bad drinks with sugar and add at least 2 liters of water per day or more if you had a sweaty day of workout, you have to avoid deshidratation :)
