I really wanted to tell you this. So I started doing your workouts on June 1st, until now and I will continue during school. I never have time to go to the gym. So I do these workouts 6 days a week and cardio 5 days to help tone the body and I wish I took a before picture because I my body is at it's abosolute peak. My abs have finally appeared, my butt is noticeably rounder, my back fat has disappeared and my arms have totally slimmed down. I want to thank you so much.

Today was one of those days... Everyone was complaining about everything, yelling at me and telling me to "do my job" (which I was doing, only not to their liking). So when I came home earlier I was super angry and stressed out, which used to result in me punching my pillow or eating junk food. Not today though... Instead of eating the anger away or abusing my pillow, I decided to go full out in all of todays workouts. All that anger made me push myself so hard and I'm feeling way better now. Thank you Cassey!

  • @lillmango

Hey Cassey, can you put a stretch video after every workout on your calendar? Cos I'm finding that I'm doing the workout but I'm not cooling down properly after. I've started to do my own stretches after but it'll be great if you put a stretch video after each workout.

  • @samanthakwait8782

This video is still pretty tough but a few months back I could barely do it. I spent my entire grade school experience being very active till I graduated. I kept up with this in college but my last year of college was loaded with school work and I barely worked out. I also lacked sleep and good food. A week after I graduated college in May 2015 I started an office job. I love my job but it made me even less active and I wasn't eating right. By the time the holidays were over I was so disgusted with how I looked and felt. I remembered blogilates which I used to do back in college and loved it. I decided to make a commitment to take care of myself and get my life back on track. I started doing every day on the workout calendars and say great improvements and strength after January and February. By March I hit a plateau and it was discouraging. I realized though that I still hadn't fully committed to eating healthy. I finally added that into my life, and the past few months since I've seen greater and greater results. I still have a long way to go but if anyone is discouraged or feeling like they cannot get their life together- keep going! Look at all the choices you are making and decide if they are the right ones for where you want to be in your life. If you have a bad eating day or skip a workout- keep going! Tomorrow is another day to do well and become the best version of your self.

Thank you! This was a really great workout. I was thinking about how I started doing this videos when you only had the few, one for each area of the body. I knew your workouts were the best pilates routines I could find, from the beginning. Your videos have grown so much though... better quality, more creativity, and they've always been fun and exciting to do.
When I started doing your workouts, I hadn't even been married for a year. Now I am doing them with a two year old on top of me (sometimes she's driving me nuts as I try to find room to do the workout, but usually she is doing them along with me, making me laugh, and giving me an extra 30lbs to lift).
It is awesome that I can do them with her now. And they make her giggle... like "what the heck is mommy doing?"
Also, my body's not perfect, and neither is my consistency in working out, but it's still something to be proud of. I'm trying to have both stretch marks and visible abdominals now. I think it'll look cool.

I understand the good vibes now!
I had a boyfriend for 1.5 years and he was just chubby, loved live and enjoyed food and didn't sport. I always sported and watched what I ate because I thought that was important. But the time I was with him I changed and sported less and ate much more and bad foods.
I just got together with a guy who loves to sport and always pushes me to do sth as well and go sport. He also eats very healthy and with control. And it just motivates me to go back to the person I used to be and the body I used to have. I absolutely love this way of motivation!

okay for the past few weeks ive been doing this butt workout everyday
1-20 donkey back kicks with straight leg
2-20 donkey back kicks with bent leg
    3-20 fire hydrant
    4-back to #1
5-10 squats with jump on the last one
    and it actually works.

hi cassey.. recently i have been struggling with comparing myself to others a lot. i was doing your march workout calendar for today and i was getting so discouraged because for some reason i couldn't go as hard as i normally do. this video started playing and as you were talking about good vibes and not comparing yourself i started to cry. that little speech at the beginning was so inspiring and i just wanted to say thank you for all of the times you have started your videos with a little motivational speech or a quote that encourages you. thank you for being so strong, even when you feel like your world is crumbling around you! that's all i wanted to say. now i have to go finish working out 😜

I'm in 8th grade and I think my gym class would be sooooo much more fun if we did your popilates workouts instead of the coaches making us run bleachers everyday

Stephxnie Kyra oh my god I'd cry if I had to run bleachers in gym. We have to run our school's track (high school) but now that I'm a junior I get to choose the gym class I take (so not just PE) and I'm taking lifeguarding so I get to swim and I'm so relieved

This message really hit home helped me. Last year I was a freshman and I was very insecure about my intelligence. I was placed it classes with people like me; high achieving, smart people that worked to do well. The adjustment from middle to high school was rough as it was, and the classes I had once excelled at required a lot of work. My academic life was awful and I would spend hours crying in front of my homework thinking I was incompetent and thinking that if I didn't get my grades up I wouldn't be accepted into a great college, which I thought would determine my whole life and happiness. Everyone became a threat and every achievement I made became pointless. My view on that has since changed. I came out of that year on the honor roll with B+ and A's. I am a sophomore now, and your words have literally changed me. I watched this video months ago and ever since I have realized how much happier I have become. I can catch myself whenever I start comparing and I am no longer threatened by everyone around me. I have accepted that everyone is not working for the same things; they won't steal all the opportunities that I could receive. This has made me so aware of how unnecessarily tiring it is to be constantly on your toes like that. You have impacted me so much that I am even speaking publicly about this in a speech of personal experience for a course I am taking in hopes other's will relate and take this lesson. Thank you for sharing this message, you are truly an amazing woman.
