Real glad u mentioned poor posture. Traditionally that was one of the most important traditions passed down for good health (remember the image of the teacher making the student walk with a book on their head?) but I believe it’s been almost completely lost in modern medicine just how important posture is.
I can tell u firsthand, I’ve had a neuromuscular issue relating to compensatory movement patterns from low back/hip problems and the first time I got out of the pattern (after months of work with a PRI trainer) and I actually felt ‘grounded’ and the sensation of being upright and stable with the ground evenly under my feet, everything and I mean EVERYTHING in my body changed in some way.
I’m still struggling with inflammation especially in the mornings but posture was a huge part of how I felt
So great to hear this! I agree, so much pain is due to imbalances in the structure. From the sound of the work you're already doing, you may enjoy this kind of practice as a way to unwind tension and holding: jenniferraye.com/blog/15-min-satya-yoga-practice Wishing you well!
need to see some pitchers so they can be found,
Thanks Jennifer! I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and after having surgery, my doctors only offered medications to mask and manage the symptoms. I've also been told that its incurable and progressive. Im hoping to find some natural remedies to support my body, reduce inflammation and guide myself back into a healthier balance. This video has provided some great ways to start doing so. I really appreciate you! 🙏
Good luck! Sounds like you're on the right track. Sending healing thoughts!!
Thank you jennifer

Hey there, my sympathy I’m stage 3.😞
Acupuncture 🙏🏻🙏🏻is soooo powerful I went from vomiting from pain during periods to having zero pain. Also addressing the underlying spiritual causes can be very powerful. I was taught to hate my period and expect pain. Shifting that into gratitude for my monthly cycle and curiosity to what it can teach me is nice. Also Yoga helps me, breathing and relaxing. Not saying I have all the answers but give it a try!! 💕
wow wonderfull Jennifer
Excellent advice. Will appreciate more of your advice. Thank you

Guru ji, do you have any herbs for hemophilia?
Thanks Jennifer! I have chronic pain in my neck and shoulders from arthritis in neck and spine and shoulder pain from rotator cuffs. Also exhaustion issues I've started taking larger concentrations of Curcumin. Hope it helps! Also what dose of Ashwagandha do you recommend? Thanks for your videos. Love the yin :)
You're welcome! Great to hear you're finding the videos helpful. The dosage for ashwagandha will depend on the product you're taking. You could start with the recommended dosage or check with your natural health provider. Hope that helps!
@@jenniferraye thank you! :)
Did it help?
Hi, I was wondering if you had any insight on the effectiveness of tart cherry juice ? I struggle with inflammation and insomnia and a friend recommended this to me
Such a good question! Tart cherry juice has been shown to significantly reduce inflammatory markers. It's a great choice!
I tried tart cherry juice once and it didn't help. Also, I've never liked the taste of cherries; they turn my teeth on edge. My family would laugh as they heard me gagging as I drank it.
What natural remedies for someone like myself who has spinal stenosis, retrolisthesis and bulging discs lumbar, thoracic and cervical, and arthritis in my neck. I'm taking co-codamol, tramadol, morphine sulphate and diazepam. I practice yoga, I'm actually doing my yoga teacher training this summer but I have pain 24/7. Any advice is appreciated because even if I could cut out one of my pills or one dose a day would be some progress for me 💕💕
Sounds like you're on the right track. Yoga can be very helpful for pain. Start with gentle movement. Tumeric could be a good gentle herb to begin and remember to eat lots of veggies and drink enough water. You'll want to check with a health care provider about other supplements and herbs to ensure there are no her-drug interactions. I do offer private consults if you're ever interested. You can see info over on my site. Good luck!!! Wishing all the best.
@@jenniferraye thanks Jennifer, an osteopath recommended a really good supplement on her channel, so I'm going to try that and hopefully I could cut out 1 dose of my pain meds to begin with. I would love to not have to take my medication but as I said there's a lot wrong with my spine, finger crossed though!

You are beautiful and so is your work. xox
Jennifer my stomach problems are various is not just pain and inflammation I also have problem because I don’t have gallbladder and I started taking biles salt but I got neumonía and I had to take antibiotics and is the first time that I started having the constant pain, sometimes specially in the morning is difficult because I have to try different things like apple cider vinegar or something for a leaky gut, the ashwaghanda make sick and right now I don’t what to do because nothing seems to help
So sorry to hear that! Have you seen my program for healing digestion? jenniferrayecourses.com/p/calm-and-renew It may be helpful and we start next month!
I have muscle spasms. What herbs can you recommend?
That would depend on your personal situation. Sorry I can't be of more help. If you'd like to set up a consultation please reach out to support@jenniferraye.com and we can discuss in detail :)
For any spasm or muscle cramp ask for Magesium,it essential for whole body and specifically muscles eat green leafy herbs much ,take as a supplement, and best of all use magnesium oil which is magnesium flakes soulted in water with strength 60%
Health huaman needs at least 500 mg magnesium everyday
Thanks!
You're welcome!
What kind of relief can be administered right after a knee surgery?
There are many things you can do to help with overall healing! Check with your doc for meds, and follow the recommendations in the video to reduce inflammation :)
What have you done for your knee problems I just recently tore my meniscus and about to start physical therapy
It would be nice to provide quantity to include to achieve effectiveness.
Thank you for the comment! Unfortunately, giving dosage in a short video like this one is a little difficult as it depends on a case by case basis. I hope you enjoyed otherwise!
So Ashwaghanda is fat soluble? No wonder it hasn't been working for me.
Ashwagandha has both water and fat soluble components. So it's best to have it with a healthy fat. It's also traditionally taken with black pepper. It's thought to be better absorbed that way (most commercial products have black pepper). Hope that helps!
Very good, Keep going! Note: Jennifer, I sent you an email.
Thank you!

So- what's ketchup or spaghetti sauce as alternative
Sorry, I'm not sure what you're referring to? Thanks,
@@jenniferraye if u dont consume ketchup or spaghetti sauce- what are some alternatives??? I've had 8 low back surgeries and have bad fibromyalgia and I want 2 try going gluten free n see if it helps my pain from inflammation (I already take a meloxicam daily and 2 tylenol arthritis every 7 hours around the clock and am STILL in pretty bad amount of pain)
Hi Shannon, Sorry to hear you're in so much pain. I'm not sure about alternatives - it would depend on why you're cutting out ketchup and spaghetti sauce. You could try another kind of sauce like a homemade veggie sauce. You may find some of the resources over on my site helpful. Have you seen it? jenniferraye.com/ You'll find lots of resources about cleansing, recipes, and going gluten-free etc. Good luck!
Turmeric in hot milk centuries proven. Ashwaganda herd never used.
