Top 6 Inflammatory Foods to Avoid for ARTHRITIS: Reduce Joint Pain and Inflammation

  • Arthritis, characterized by joint inflammation and pain, is influenced by various factors. The video focuses on six detrimental foods to avoid. Firstly, vegetable oils and trans fats found in processed foods contribute to inflammation due to their high omega-6 fatty acid content. Soda and sugary beverages, with their refined sugar content, worsen arthritis symptoms. Refined carbohydrates, such as white bread and pasta, break down into sugar and increase inflammation. Gluten, found in wheat, barley, and rye, can trigger joint pain in some individuals. High-temperature cooking methods produce advanced glycation end products (AGEs) that intensify inflammation; hence, it's advisable to avoid char-broiled and blackened foods. Nightshade vegetables like tomatoes, eggplant, and potatoes contain alkaloids that may contribute to inflammation. The video also explores the role of proteolytic enzymes found in pineapple, papaya, kiwi, and fermented foods, which can alleviate pain and inflammation. The importance of obtaining these enzymes through diet or supplements is highlighted.

    Pineapple Joint Elixir Recipe:
Your knees keep you mobile and strong throughout your life. They’re also one of the first areas of your body affected by arthritis and injury. Knee surgery is actually one of the most common inpatient procedures in the Unites States, with about 4.5 million Americans living with at least one fully replaced knee.
The best way to keep your knees healthy is to stretch daily, stay fit and eat well. If you need a little extra boost or suffer from arthritis, drink this smoothie daily to improve the condition of your joints and ligaments.

@@christiansenfelix It's important for people to know that all this effort, lecture and explanations are actually leading to health, that it's not a fantasy but reality. Thank YOU for doing this. p.s. my husband had a serious problem some 25 years ago and he was lucky to find a good doctor but we followed a diet plan to the letter: no sugar, white flower food, no milk and dairy, no frying, no alcohol or red meat, no caffeine, no processed food.

I am suffering from severe arthritis especially my hands, wrists and fingers so bad its painful just to cook a meal and it's keeping me from having a good night sleep Any movement is so painful even the pressure of my duvet on my hands etc.... the last two weeks I changed my diet completely... I don't eat sugar, wheat and cards(breads etc) I basically eat vegetables fruits and protein using good fats... I definitely found my pain levels came down from a 10 to about 5 now.... its nog gone but there are a significant change and I am grateful. Just something else worth mentioning to people that suffer with extreme arthritic pain... the frequency rife pulse wellness stimulator are a definite help to cope with pain levels especially at night ... the frequencies pulsing through your body helps to calm the pain down its been my life saver.... I am so tired of medical drugs to cope with the pain as they have such negative side effects on your body.

Do not avoid any food, except processed foods. One should take as wide a range of foods as possible in small measure over different meals. You will find every food has more good in it than bad. Usually one food will contain something that will negate the harmful effects of another food, while leaving the absorption of good in tact. And having a wide range of different kinds of nuts is just fantastic. Trying everything first in small measure helps to see how the body reacts and then it makes it easier to find foods to counter the negative effects, allowing one to take the good from both foods.

I do agree, that's perfectly logical, until you get an auto-immune condition. In that case, cutting dairy, refined carbs (mostly wheat and other flowers), sugar, seed oils and processed foods is a total game changer! My rheumatologist isn't very happy, because he doesn't understand why I don't need his super heavy medicine anymore - but he also rejects my explanation - which is partly the same as what is explained here. Besides that: HEAL your gut, heal your auto-immunity. Good courage everyone !

Another of cheese can cause pain all over your body.. 😢 I love cheese, and it's easy to eat..But have to be Careful.
I can't eat avocados, unfortunately. They give me cramps and diarrhea..😢

Other causes of inflammation besides food: Stress, emotional shocks, mold in the house, hidden long lasting infection (f.i. in gums) black fillings on repaired teeth, Lyme disease... if I remember another one, will add it here. In the case of auto-immune conditions, some of these are a cause of leaky gut, or worsen it's consequences. Leaky gut is really at the origin of the auto-immunity, because undesirable elements pass in the blood stream and ending up stuck in different parts of the body, triggering a natural immune system reaction. Heal your gut, heal your auto-immunity. Good courage everyone!

Veggies, protein, & some dairy works for me.
To substitute bread and pasta I found cooking with lentil or chickpea flour works well. I made a delicious banana bread substituting wheat flour with lentil flour. Lentil flour is high in protein. How ever monitor how many calories you are eating because they can add up quickly if you don’t. I found I can eat basically all I want and steer away from what creates inflammation in me by making an excel spread sheet and plugging in all I have eaten. Weigh everything. Then sit down and enjoy. I prefer a larger meal and a smaller one later at supper time or early evening and the weight comes off without stress. It’s like magic.

In Canada it is at the grocery store like Superstore. Most grocery stores actually. It isn’t in baking section with other flour. It is in specialty dry goods, I believe.
Ask someone at customer service at your grocery store. They should be able to help you.
