That's why Gambit said: "Maybe I was born here" because Fox delayed his movie till the Disney acquisition.
Yeah I was about to say the same thing. Another clue was the fact that all the characters used was from all the scrapped ideas or fan favorites that just didn't get their press forward.
Yeah, and I didn't catch it til after getting home and watching youtube clips, but when Gambit introduced himself as "Gambit," Deadpool responded with "Are you sure you just didn't really want them to and they just never did?" Knowing what we know now, that line has a whole different meaning.

The Gambit banishment to the void was different, it was a 'should have happened' but 'didn't happen' inside joke for some.
Yeah, and how the beacon was lost, since the most profitable character was wolverine and died in logan, the whole universe (the cast from fox) was not needed anymore and left in the void (cutting floor)
Seeing her grown up I think she definitely has the look/presence of an action star. It was somewhat believable seeing her take out Juggernaut.
yeah she's a beast and the actress has done a phenomenal job of playing the character. she's been a stone cold killer since she was a kid (even more than wolverine!) im really hoping they continue to use her in following films

Look at the five heroes we saw in the Void. Elektra, Blade, Johnny, Gambit, Laura. An assassin, a hunter, a hotshot pilot, a gambler and a (slight feral) young adult (though she is a lot better in D&W) All these types are the ones that will jump first without thinking. Except for Cassandra, most of the villains shown in the void are the same way. Jump first. Think later. That is likely the profile that Paradox targeted as possible agents that can be used in various timelines.
They likely looked at the fine print, like Wade did, and rejected Paradox's offer, only to get sent to the Void.
We saw that Paradox had an agent in the Void.

Laura was freaking great. Full-on Wolvie threat level, but absolutely her own person. I'm so glad they got the actor back for that role. It absolutely gutted me seeing her there.
I think you’re as right as could be. The timelines of Fox could bury a writing room for 10 years and still not be right lol. I do hope X-23 is in future productions. Played by a very talented actor, young enough to play a non-aging character for quite some time and a perfect example of great writing for female leads.

If Paradox attempted to recruit Laura and failed then chances are that he put her in the Void for the simple purpose of her not only being a threat to his plans but because she could prove useful later. Although there was the threat of Alioth in the Void, Paradox would probably still use her and the heroes that were banished to the Void for something later. If we're to believe that the TVA is still making sure that no version of Kang can become a problem then it's best to have a back up team of heroes and villains in the Void if all else fails. Paradox might have used them to fight back against Kang should any plans to stop a version of him fail. I'd even argue that they would/could be used against Dr. Doom since we're suppose to be getting him later on too; if he becomes a multiversal threat, kicking off Secret Wars, and causing problems in all timelines that could stop certain heroes then you have some in reserve to fight back just in case he doesn't get to them.

I can't believe it's been that long since LOGAN, how time flies nowadays.
It’s because we spend so much time online. Screen time speeds up our perception of time. I started limiting myself to no more than an hour per day and things kind of leveled out. Hey, I’m almost 43. I’m in no hurry to get any older any faster.

Paradox probably wouldn't agree to bring them. If we're operating under the impression that he was trying to recruit her, chances are they weren't going to be a package deal. We saw with Deadpool being recruited that he wasn't even allowed to bring his friends and family with them.

What most people don’t think of is that in Deadpool and Wolverine when Deadpool visits wolverine’s grave he was using a tempad he more than likely traveled to the future likewise Laura Kinney was likely pulled from further in the future it’s the most obvious explanation

Another thing is alternate universes too, for all we know the Logan skeleton Deadpool uses is not the Logan we watched in Logan and just another offset timeline.
Well, it makes sense when you consider the condition of Logan’s corpse. That wasn’t a body that had been in the ground for a short time, his flesh was all but gone. That takes years.
I just assumed X-23 and all the others were pruned before the events of Loki.
They explained this in the film, they were filmed because they were seen as people likely to try to fight back against their universes dying. Also, Deadpool asked the head of the tva to save them all.
I think this is accurate because technically, the Logan timeline is not supposed to be canon because the X-Men are supposed to live and thrive and not die off every 10 years.
I think the whole point of the movie is that it breaks the 4th wall and doesn't give a shit about stupid timelines. Just the love and nostalgia of the previous movies. It dispenses with perfect time line continuity and just says fuck it, lets just have fun. And it works damn near flawlessly.

no guys, the people in the void that were there were there from the old kang ruled TVA. electra was put there the second the netflix electra became cannon, old mags was put there the second micheal fastbender played him, johnny storm the second the new FF was made, gambit the second they cast tatum but them trashed the production. essentially the second disney purchased fox every single character ended up there save deadpool and wolverine, the two characters whose popularity and plot device allowed them to stay in multiple timelines. paradox had nothing to do with it. he couldnt prune any previous time lines because his pruning machine was not done. deadpool was his first and only target.
You’re assuming that she was pruned for the same reasons as Electra and blade. Considering that she was a clone, it’s likely that she was pruned because she should have never existed in the first place, or maybe she was supposed to die in Logan but Logan saved her and therefor she was pruned. It’s interesting to consider…

They actually said in Multiverse of Madness that it's dreamwalking that caused incursions.
That's just ONE of the causes behind Incursions. Others would be due to an erosion between realities colliding and having someone from an alternative reality, like Strange, being in a reality that they are not from.
Dreamwalking isn't the only way to cause Incursions.

It's the Logan and Laura that's been with us throughout the movie, when deadpool is talking to hunter B-15 I think that's her name well her talks to her about his friends that stayed behind so they could save everyone. He is talking about the Heroes that were in the void at the end. I don't know if the others got sent back to their own universes, or they are somewhere in the MCU or another time line. But Logan and Laura ended up with deadpool. She also explains why she can't save Logan timeline. But if she can't fix any of their time lines where is everyone else.
I think she was supposed to get die in that jungle fight at logan..but she lived and logan died..and she got older and she get away whenever the tva agents arrive but at some point they proned her.

Paradox simpley pulled them for ways to kill Cassandra when they disagree he prune them right after having them witness there timeline being wiped.
Loki is in control of the timelines so incursion arnt a thing anymore at the end of the film it was loki that repaired it. But the tva does prevent things from happening unless loki says otherwise.

I appreciate your attempt to make sense out of this but I think it is not relevant to the overall picture.
My read is this is a meta movie, and these characters in the void is in a limbo because Marvel doesn’t know what to do with them. They are FOX Marvel characters “invited” to join the MCU (sacred timeline) but casted into the void because MCU IRL still doesn’t know how they would fit in. The world these characters come from will teeter out of existence because all the supporting characters in previous FOX movies will not join the MCU.
Will x-23 be in the young avengers now that she is at the right age to be in the group and when she's older she can join the x-men

It would acknowledge the mutant mutant Switch’s time traveling powers so she and father would be either above TVA’s authority or they are targeted by Paradox and the TVA.
Also remember Hellfire Club from X Men was supposed to be a TV series but it never happened due to the Disney merge.

Let us not forget that the TVA overlooks what would otherwise be gross violations of the timeline because these actions ultimately serve the sacred timeline. E.G. Traveling through time to return the infinity stones. The avengers were given a pass on this because it was considered a scheduled event.

Biggest travesty by Disney since they required Marvel. We should have had a X-23 movie and so perfect to carry on the Wolverine. I saw Deadpool & Wolverine a sort of show up of Disney and Fox and the characters they forgot about.
There is a difference between hopping timelines(branches) and hopping universes(trees) . Only America Chavez can hop trees. Anyone can hop branches(Loki, Captain Carter, Wanda, Dr Strange, etc)
Dr strange has a cross universal nexus, Wanda has her own method as good or better than physical travel to another universe. Only America Chavez can hop trees lmao cmon bud pass me that joint and go take a nap

oh i see youve addressed this at the end - but then it kinda makes me wonder if Wanda wasnt even on their radar at the time - it seems to me that America was doing some heavy duty reality jumping and was really breaking some star-shaped holes in the multiverse. its possible they wanted Wanda to solve the threat because the TVA knew better than to get in her way. still im not seeing the same response to Wanda's dreamwalking that Dr. Strange got from Charlize Therons character (cant recall her name) and i think its because Dr. Strange and America were physically entering other universes, while Wanda only dreamwalked. Even when Dr. Strange dreamwalks the biggest problem seems to be that he inhabits a dead body, something Wanda didnt do.
as far as i know, dreamwalking is bad for the soul, but not necessarily bad for the multiverse - meaning Wanda isnt causing incursions, but Dr. Strange absolutely is (spiderman, multiverse of madness).
My theory is that the void is Battleworld and it will become apparent when Secret Wars start.

As you said an incursion is when the barrier between two worlds is damaged by the presence of an individual from one timeline is in another timeline, but if Paradox is deleting timelines then there would be no risk of an incursion because the other timeline no longer exists.
My theory is around the same time the TVA were looking out for Deadpool, X23 found out about their plan to destroy that timeline and tried to stopped them, but unfortunately got sent to the void.
Well, Laura is wearing an X-Men belt in Deadpool and Wolverine, and there are photos of her in the blue and yellow suit circulating out there, so...

Here is my question, how did a bunch of TVA agents with no special powers able to catch and send some of these super powerful people to the void. Someone like X23 who is lightning fast and with super senses or Blade or Azazel who can literally teleport away in a faction of a second..
It’s called technology also the tva knows everyone’s weakness they catch you when you are caught off guard. Case in point with Wade they nabbed him at his birthday party. He literally assumed that they were strippers. Again see, caught off guard. It’s pretty self explanatory.

Wade, Deadpool, is by so far stronger than those TVA agents, he is trained in all types of martial arts that are pretty much second nature to him plus he has lightning fast reaction time. He can lift about 2 tons and he once threw Goliath at Hercules like a rag doll. To pull him, it would be like a one hundred pound dude trying to move a 500 pound person that can react and kill you in a friction of a second... And that's just Deadpool. There are other even stronger powerhouses like Dr. Strange and others with super senses or omega level powers..
@@fridayblues216The TVA see everything that happens to everyone in every timeline correct? They can also freeze people in time. Loki did this to B-15 in season one. So how easy is it for the TVA agents to freeze someone who is otherwise superhuman. Same happened to Loki and Sylvie when they tried to kill he who remains. He kept jumping or freezing them. In Deadpool’s case if he and the TVA existed, paradox could just simply send the TVA agents to any point in the timeline where Deadpool is jumping or leaping through the air and just open up a portal and boom. He’s captured. Remember when he grabbed the time pad after attacking paradox and he leaps (in slo-mo) into the air opens the portal right above the admin guy who was sitting at a desk and holding a mug. TVA do this all the time to their targets, we just don’t see it.

@@fridayblues216 You are thinking too realistically and it’s unhealthy. The film is R-rated for a reason. Violence is necessary and the tva agents are the sacrificial lambs that get slaughtered. They served their purpose, narratively speaking. Every story contradicts its own logic. If you try to apply common sense or reasoning to fiction, you will go insane. Stop it. Just enjoy it man. Thinking about all these unnecessary details or flaws goes nowhere. Every movie has flaws dude. Also every story needs disposable characters. The tva are just that nothing more. The storyline is convoluted anyway. The anchor being thing is silly. Life goes on.
Wouldn't the incursions caused by heroes being moved to other timelines be prevented by the pruning of their original timeline?
An incursion is a result of the two timelines colliding, so if one of those timelines was removed, then there would be no collision, and therefore no incursion.
Seems to me like Paradox had thought his plan through pretty well to avoid these sorts of issues.
or having an anchor being from a different reality draws their reality towards the one they are in. paradox might have been relocating anchor beings into new realities and causing the death of both as a method of destruction before the reality ripper.

Paradox is experimenting on how to create a dying timeline, that is what the removals are. So, X23 was pruned to create a dying timeline so Paradox could prove the mercy timeline kill. That makes X23 the one needing to stay in her timeline. This also frees Logan to travel to 616 without killing his timeline.
Simple answer: after Disney bought out FOX, the TVA was ordered to get rid of all Marvel universes made by 20th century FOX
Fingers crossed for a new X-Men movie with this Logan, this x23 and Deadpool finally in the team. Revived timeline baby, next movie they recruit King Dracula, the money and percs will flow like wine from the nipple of Dionysius, Drac and doin lines off Deadpools but. He doesn't give a s**t.
There’s a Fox tree and a 616 tree and a Sony Spiderverse tree . Loki doesn’t control or protect those universes. The TVA does but only on the upper levels where B15 has been promoted . The TVA crew we followed in Loki only monitored the 616 . Proof is in the set . Everytime we saw a monitor the branches were prefaced with 616 : In Deadpool and Wolverine Paradox and B15 both explained there is a difference between a timeline and a universe . Deadpool and Wolverine are from the Fox universe not the 616 universe .

Would love to see a movie with X-23 and her life between young X-23 to the Deadpool/Wolverine adult X-23. All the fights with different Marvel varieties and why did she seem to expect both Deadpool and Wolverine in her timeline. Sort of a Marvel, Mad Max, X-23 movie?
And some might think it is simple plot holes like you see in every movie and that they have nothing to worry about because there will always be someone like this person who has way too much time on their hands and will come up with the way that it could possibly be:-)
Well if you consider the idea that a timeline dies once it loses its anchor being there is another possibility. It doesn't make much sense given that the timeline existed before Wolverine's birth and even if he dies one could still jump back in time to when he is alive on the timeline. So what if Wolverine being the anchor being was transferred to Laura, but Paradox not realizing this attempted to remove her from Earth 10005, and by removing her from that universe effectively removed the new anchor being, leaving the timeline to start withering and dying off. Remember we're told at the end of the movie that the timeline is no longer dying, and who is shown at the end of the movie back in 10005 sitting at the table, but Laura. By restoring her to the timeline it effectively saved it. If this were the case then it's likely that Laura might have been pruned a much longer time ago and has spent years growing up in the Void. After all, it doesn't matter what year in the timeline you were pruned because they all go to the same place, and traveling to points along the timeline is simple for the TVA.
Once Laura was removed and sent to the Void the timeline began to wither, the TVA detected this and ordered Paradox to monitor it, but he decides to destroy the timeline entirely, either due to his impatience, or to cover up his screwing up and sending Laura to the Void, dooming that universe. However he still intends to save a few heroes from that timeline to move to the main timeline, but if he's not careful he might create an incursion, but if he destroys that timeline first the two universes can't make an incursion as one no longer exists. Thus he must first build the machine to destroy the universe and then grab those he wants to keep, move them, and blow up the timeline before the incursion has time to take effect.
After all if dreamwalking was the actual threat to cause an Incursion then the Illuminati would have been far more concerned with Wanda than Strange who was there by more direct means. I think moving from one universe to another is like having two balloons next to each other and poking a hole causing the two universes to touch and the air in one to flow into the other causing the other to deflate, or leak out between the two causing both to deflate whereas dreamwalking is more like stretching the fabric of that balloon to overlap with yourself on another balloon, but the air inside both balloons never touches.
The young actress who played X-23 in a stand alone movie would be awesome.
Especially after the death of Logan.

Laura's healing factor could make her look younger than she really is, meaning her stay in both her home timeline and in the Void could be a lot longer than expected.

x-23 looks about 18-22 this means she is actualy near 30 most likely,her healing kicked in earlier then that of wolverine when she was 9 somewhere it was a more forced manifestation and wolverine was 15-16 when it started but it didnt fully kick in till he was 18 somewhere.
You’re overthinking this. Multiverse of Madness was such a dumpster fire of writing that nothing in that film can be used to determine anything whatsoever about how the TVA functions, pre or post Loki.
There’s no in-universe explanation for why the TVA didn’t get involved, in the same way that there’s no in-universe explanation for why the Westview incident seemed to have just been handwaved away.
Wanda’s actions directly led to the slaughter of that world’s greatest heroes and a drastic change in that timeline’s destiny, likely leading to an incursion. I could see an argument that the TVA were too scared to intervene, but there’s no valid argument that says those events weren’t extreme enough to warrant a response.

I think this video is digging deeper than what it actually is. I think the void is just a play off of the multiverse about where these characters are that we know exist in the MCU but just never seen again. I'm sure if the budget allowed it, we would've seen Eric Bana and Ed Norton Jr. I'm just most disappointed we didn't get a Green Lantern cameo. Not even a Green Lanternpool variant.

The New Mutants film had Magic pretty down pat, maybe the next time they show her will have some of the actors from that film and/or the X-Factor like show called "The Gifted".

I think for heroes or villains who took the deal, there was no incursion because their home timelines were completely gone.
The one question open for me in this theory would be that the tva noticed the activation of the time ripper in deadpool and wolverin, and there is not much for me to suggest that Paradox had a mechanism up that would hide this. So how could he have used time rippers multiple times already wihout the tva noticing?
Its also possible Paradox only relocated another timeline permanently, only if their moved person's timeline is already gone. So there is no other reality to collide with their new one.
7:10 There's probably nothing to collide with if the other reality's been pruned or destroyed. So pruning probably stops the adverse effects of incursions.
So I have a different theory on how someone could be pulled from one timeline to another and not cause an Incursion. If one of the timelines is already gone then the timelines won't collide because there is nothing to collide with.
I think after x3 where fox movie was its own timeline. That explains multiple Emma, multiple calubans, multiple cyclops.
The "times" don't need to line up. Because the TVA are able to go from universe to universe and ANY point in time, along said universe. Example: Loki was able to visit a natural disaster at some point in the future from the point in which he was broken off from.

That universe’s Charles Xavier sent them all to the void not banishing them but to go on a mission but 3 hour after they got there the portal closed and they were all trapped but months go by they all eventually died except Laura.

Both came from 616 where logan died, which is when the timeline became doomed. Once logan was revealed as the anchor being for the universe, that led me to believe that old man logan was not supposed to die where and when he did. I believe X23 was supposed to be captured and weaponized, and logan was to live on being the anchor being, hence why she was banished to the void, her "variant" indirectly caused the destruction of an entire timeline because she was saved.
The satisfying thing about this is that humans in her universe got fucked by wiping out the mutants and Logan in the long run. Gotta love that poison based corn.

Naw, "Deadpool and Wolverine" takes place in 2024. It was basically stated when it says 6 years later after Deadpool traveled back to 2018-MCU for his failed job interview with the Avengers.
