I don’t think the items in the Resistance hideout are necessarily from Cassandra’s victims. They may have been scavenged by the Resistance from pruned items. Also, the items being pruned doesn’t always mean the person attached to them were as well.

In the MCU, Thanos is an Eternal; not from Earth but from Titan. The whole trope of the Eternals is that they are advanced types of bio-mechanical entities made by the Celestials. When they die, they come back. A replacement version just gets churned out with some or all of the same memories (depending on what the Celestials want). This is like predicting that Deadpool or Wolverine will heal from wounds. It is literally why Thanos says he is inevitable, because he's an Eternal and he knows what the Celestials have orchestrated. Yeah, the reset bombs were the mechanism by which the TVA pruned buildings and whole timelines. We saw it with Sylvie in S1 and Dox plan in S2 😊
