I’ve drank a tbsp of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water for morning as soon as I wake up and before I go to bed for 3 weeks now. I can honestly say it definitely works. Belly fat has gone down significantly. I also have been on a strict diet and exercising as well which obviously helps. Good informative video as well.

I have been drinking Apple cider Vinegar about two weeks ago and it's been life changing I have much more energy and my big stomach is almost gone after taking three table spoons a day which I'm going to reduce to two table spoons a day. I used to drink this before work especially after finding out I’m diabetic type 2. . I used it and doctor said “whatever I’m doing, I should keep it up” which my level was a 7.1..still slightly high but this worked. I did slack off for a while, but I’ll be starting again.

I've been doing for a few weeks now, it took me about a week to get use to the taste but i don't notice it now. I have it with water, fresh ginger, squeezed lemon and a teaspoon of greens organic powder. I make up a big jug which goes into 3 x 600ml bottles which i drink until midday when i eat. Thanks for update! I’m going back on ACV, after loosing 50 lbs on it. My choice is a shot of it with 8 oz of water, add in 1/2 of lemon (squeezed), and some crushed pepper. Straw, and drink it down once a day. It works!

I tried it in the past and I couldn’t drink it. Now I learned that if so add the lemon juice squeezed from a lemon and Raw honey, cinnamon, and I even heat it up! The trick is to just drink 1/3 of the glass 30 minutes before eating your meal! Fabulous!!!

I have a drink of two tablespoons in water once every other day with a meal, to dilute the acid effect. I went from a BMI index of 28 to 23.5....with a diet change and exercising 3 times a week. You do a great job..thanks.
@@iamthebeatmaster Actually it's the ACV that boosts the loss. I've done weight loss with and without ACV, with ACV is much faster and easier as well as energy levels are higher promoting more drive to exercise, try it before you knock it ;)
@@manynames8296 Take 2tbsps of ACV morning and evening for 3 weeks. It cleans out your gut and promotes the weight loss, the weight melted away after the 3 week period but it starts to change during the middle of the second week. After 3 weeks, wait 6 months before doing it again. Too much of a good thing is too much.

I drink a tonic each morning before breakfast. 8 Oz of Diet Grape juice with 1 Tbs Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar! I will be 84 years old in August and I still cut my grass, trim my shrubs and other outdoor care for my lawn!!! I think my morning tonic has a lot to do with my energy!!!
yeah I swear by it I usually drink it with a little bit of apple juice as well and that makes it a lot more palatable and I think it saved my gallbladder quite frankly.
@6:45 That tonic was originally introduced on UA-cam as a "California Kicker" about 10 years ago. I was one of the test subjects who measured metabolism with an indirect calorimeter before/30 minutes after drinking, one day in hot water, one day with cold water. Having it hot increased metabolism more than cold, presumably having an additive thermogenic effect to the cayenne.
@@cookiegamer4085 We tested metabolism and nothing else. Wasn't boiling hot, vinegar is a weak acetic acid which gets converted into a ketone body and temp wouldn't alter that, may be some benefits lost, but not the one tested.

I know when I drink it in the morning i can go almost the whole day without eating.... on the downside it's so nasty that I don't drink it often... but when I drunk it every other day along with keto I lost 20 pounds in one month. I am starting keto again today and I just finished my morning dose of acv.
Use a STRAW for any acidic intake to protect your teeth. Also, adjust the dosage so it's safe, too much acid can strain your kidneys over a long period of time. A urine/blood test should be done to consider the health of your kidneys so you can reduce the dose or dilute it if needed. A couple of tablespoons worth of ACV or other vinegars before a major meal is enough, if you take more than dilute it in water. (Hint: never take more than two major meals in a day, usually 16 hours or more should be in a fasted state or taking very small amounts of food that are easy to digest and don't create massive blood sugar/insulin spikes).
It’s helped me when having a gallbladder attack. It calmed the attack after 20 mins. Before drinking it during an attack the attack last 4 or more hours. I mixed it into a cup of apple juice.
In Europe we've been using vinegar for hundreds of years as a household remedy. You can also use for high fever. Wrap a towel soaked in vinegar around your feet and head and it will reduce temp. So many more uses.....
dbsill cockney I’m European and yes I agree but I’m assuming the vinegar you mention is from grapes not apples and the vinegar A Sweet Pea Chef is talking about is Apple Cider Vinegar With The Mother and you have to shake it before pouring it. If the cider vinegar doesn’t have the words With The Mother on the label.
I just bought it today, always heard benefits from it. I am currently doing the research so I can do it responsibly. I started my weight loss journey mid january and lost 51 pounds since then. I walk 4 miles every single day and eat only 1800 calories, so hoping this helps me with the last 20 or so pounds before I start working out to tone up. Wish me luck haha

I added one tablespoon to a tall cold glass of water. It smells worse then what it tastes like. The taste wasn’t bad. I felt like there was a bit of vinegar that lingered a bit after. Nothing that won’t stop me from drinking it. I felt full all day. I didn’t drink my coffee. But I was also in a rush. So far I’m definitely a fan. 💃🤗

I love that you talked about all the health benefits and also added some precautions and also said it is not a Miracle cure all but a health benefit I love salad dressing made with Apple cider vinegar, also when I drink it in water I like adding the Cayenne pepper with a touch of organic honey the spicy sweet thing. in the summer is is a refreshing drink and since we have a lemon tree a bit of lemon Juice and a bit of honey make a wonderful beverage.

I put it in a gallon of water along with DE, lemon/lime juice and Celtic salt. I drink 28 oz bottles all during the day. It really helps me stay full. I make mine with 2 tablespoons with 1 and 1/2 quarts of pure water, honey, and lemon slices. I sweeten it with pure organic honey as well. Then I pour the mixture, in equal amounts, into three glass bottles and refrigerate them. I drink a bottle three times a day while working, walking, cleaning house, or whatever. I just start today. Trying to do some workout this evening. Ill try first in a week. Will update if havr any progress . Progress : i drink 1tbs a day and skip on the next day and drink. I don't drink everyday. I exercise 3 times within that week. I eat everything i want snacking fast food. But in low of quantity. I lost 3.3lb im 5" 118.60 lb before 115.3 after. I've gained some weigh a couple of weeks ago and wasn't able to get it off like I usually do. I'm 70 and female. Will I still lose weight if I add a tablespoon of raw honey? I just started drinking ACV but I can't bear to drink it because it tastes so bad. I put 1 tablespoon of ACV in an 8 oz of water and started adding 1 tablespoon of raw honey. I drink it in room temperature and sometimes cold because I put it in the fridge. I also drink it twice a day (before breakfast and before dinner).
I used to have horrible lower back pain early in the morning or standing up after been sitting for a while. I didnt lose weight but since i started the apple cider when fasting the pain is gone. Not sure what was causing it or how the apple cider helped but i did benefit from it big time!
Olive leaf extract does the same. It aids weight loss, it is an antioxidant, it helps with digestion problems, it helps stabilise your mood and blood pressure. But the effect takes place within 8 weeks! But i am thinking it would kick the more I do it

I love, AVC mixed with black strap molasses. I take around 2/3 of a liter of ACV warm up the molasses and top off the bottle with it. Shake it up well and it stays good on the counter so that I can add it to water anytime I want. I kind of consider it a natural Gatorade. Proportions are to taste and of course strength is to taste as well.

I take one tablespoon in the morning, one at lunch, one a dinner, and one before going to bed. For the first 3 times I dilute it in seltzer water with a little diet tea added. At night, just plain seltzer. Rinse my mouth out with mouth wash before going to bed. hope this helps.
Personally, I don’t even add water cause it just makes the experience longer and I like to get it over with, and it really does help me not be hungry and I haven’t got any new zits

I started drinking ACV each morning and evening as I have been having a bad time with Ulcerative Colitis. Two days after drinking this my UC eased and now the blood and diarrhea has stopped along with the bad pains. I am still taking my medication from the Dr with the ACV but I feel so much better.
I did the liquid ACV but then i couldn’t take the taste and someone told me they make ACV so i got those and it’s so much better. i just take 1 before each meal so 3 a day. hope this helped those who can’t handle the taste! :)
Stanley Keith you need to at least have 8 ounces of water with one teaspoon a day of ACV. Do a tablespoon of honey with it so it can block out the taste. Take twice a day 30 min before any meal. And if taking at night take 2-3 hours after you ate, DONT LAY DOWN FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR AFTER CONSUMING, and brush teeth only 30 minutes afrer
I drink it 10 minutes before my treat meal and got to say I'm still loosing 1 to 2 pounds a week for the last 2 months. I use to not drink it before treat meals and would gain weight.
Hey so I’m about two weeks into a diet and exercise plan, I’m working out lots and counting calories I’m 27, I work out everyday for an hour, I work 40 hours a week I’m 5’11 and I weigh 214lbs my goal is 160. I just started taking acv today with Lemon juice at 2 table spoons a day. I will update with results in a month for y’all to see if this actually works. Now I am dieting and working out so I’m hoping this boosts my progress that’s been steady so far (down from 220 about two weeks ago). Thanks.

I just started apple cider vinegar today February. 29 2020. I will weigh myself in three weeks and I would honestly let you know if I lost weight or not. I walk on the treadmill two times a week for 20 minutes just regular walking I do an incline of 10 that’s as high as my treadmill will go. I find I like drinking apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons ,20 ounces of water ,a couple dashes of Cayenne pepper ,and about a teaspoon of organic raw honey.. I only drink that once a day I drink it in the morning to start off my day. Update in another three weeks.

Wow absolutely love your video and have subscribed. Sharing health is wealth. I too am a apple cider vinegar lover. I'm fairly new at sipping on it, so as you stated 1 tbsp is good enough for me. I have it 4 days a week n make it warm like a tea at night, maybe an hour or so before bed. I use a 1/2cup of water, 1tbsp Bragg's 🍎 apple cider vinegar and raw honey, 1/2 fresh squeezed 🍋 that I strain of course so I don't have seeds floating around. Heat it up for a min I add a sprinkle of cinnamon. I have colorful straw I sip out of😜 I feel full and have loss weight and feel more energized. As you stated moderation is the key. I don't drink it in lukewarm water; I make a gallon jug and put it in and drink it all during the day. I usually have a 28 oz bottle when waking up but also add celtic salt, lemon or lime juice and DE.
I have been using the Braggs apple vinegar with the 'mother' for some 20 years with the PURPOSE simply being for health purposes. Along with 1/3 cup in 14 oz. of water I add 1 teaspoon of MSM for arthritis control. 30 years ago I fell 40 feet, broke many bones and want to keep that 'possible problem at bay and in check. I am taking the GOLI gummies upon the recommendation of my daughter, but will most like also go back to the Braggs only when the bottle of GOLI is empty. I most like the BRAGGS with Cayenne and honey added. Much more palatable! Don

Apple cider vinegar definitely works!!! I put baking soda in about 2 tablespoons of brags and drink it first thing in the morning and before I go to sleep and sometimes after I eat when I remember to during the day! The first time I ever drank it I noticed literally about 20 minutes later that my face looked less puffy. This time around I am fully committed to drinking it and my face has slimmed out a lot and I have most definitely lost weight. It also just does something for you mentally, it’s one thing you can start to do even when you don’t feel like you have the strength to change your whole diet or workout...and by just starting to do something it spurs you to want to do more for your health! It is great!!!!! Also I started drinking a gallon + of water per day and that has definitely made a huge difference. I have fractures in my neck so I can’t do the more intense workouts I would like to do but I can do my squats! Squats are so good for you physically and mentally! So with apple cider vinegar w/baking soda, a gallon of water and 200+ squats a day (or whatever you can do) you will see a difference! Also I stopped eating before five. Even though it’s a little backwards I am usually not hungry in the morning and waiting till five does inevitably cut out a lot of calories I would have been consuming throughout the day! I’ve drank a tbsp of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water for morning as soon as I wake up and before I go to bed for 3 weeks now. I can honestly say it definitely works. Belly fat has gone down significantly. I also have been on a strict diet and exercising as well which obviously helps. Good informative video as well.

It cleans out your gut and promotes the weight loss, the weight melted away after the 3 week period but it starts to change during the middle of the second week. @6:45 That tonic was originally introduced on UA-cam as a "California Kicker" about 10 years ago. I was one of the test subjects who measured metabolism with an indirect calorimeter before/30 minutes after drinking, one day in hot water, one day with cold water. Having it hot increased metabolism more than cold, presumably having an additive thermogenic effect to the cayenne.
But aren't you pasterising it when using hot water? And killing off all of the goodness "the mother"
@@cookiegamer4085 We tested metabolism and nothing else. Wasn't boiling hot, vinegar is a weak acetic acid which gets converted into a ketone body and temp wouldn't alter that, may be some benefits lost, but not the one tested.

Use a STRAW for any acidic intake to protect your teeth. Also, adjust the dosage so it's safe, too much acid can strain your kidneys over a long period of time. A urine/blood test should be done to consider the health of your kidneys so you can reduce the dose or dilute it if needed. A couple of tablespoons worth of ACV or other vinegars before a major meal is enough, if you take more than dilute it in water. (Hint: never take more than two major meals in a day, usually 16 hours or more should be in a fasted state or taking very small amounts of food that are easy to digest and don't create massive blood sugar/insulin spikes).
It’s helped me when having a gallbladder attack. It calmed the attack after 20 mins. Before drinking it during an attack the attack last 4 or more hours. I mixed it into a cup of apple juice.
In Europe we've been using vinegar for hundreds of years as a household remedy. You can also use for high fever. Wrap a towel soaked in vinegar around your feet and head and it will reduce temp. So many more uses.....

I just bought it today, always heard benefits from it. I am currently doing the research so I can do it responsibly. I started my weight loss journey mid january and lost 51 pounds since then. I walk 4 miles every single day and eat only 1800 calories, so hoping this helps me with the last 20 or so pounds before I start working out to tone up. Wish me luck haha

The taste wasn’t bad. I felt like there was a bit of vinegar that lingered a bit after. Nothing that won’t stop me from drinking it.
I felt full all day. I didn’t drink my coffee. But I was also in a rush.

I love that you talked about all the health benefits and also added some precautions and also said it is not a Miracle cure all but a health benefit I love salad dressing made with Apple cider vinegar, also when I drink it in water I like adding the Cayenne pepper with a touch of organic honey the spicy sweet thing. in the summer is is a refreshing drink and since we have a lemon tree a bit of lemon Juice and a bit of honey make a wonderful beverage.

I put it in a gallon of water along with DE, lemon/lime juice and Celtic salt. I drink 28 oz bottles all during the day. It really helps me stay full. I am really excited about the benefit of it making you more insulin sensitive as I am eating the keto/carnivore diet and want to keep my levels normal.

I make mine with 2 tablespoons with 1 and 1/2 quarts of pure water, honey, and lemon slices. I sweeten it with pure organic honey as well. I've gained some weigh a couple of weeks ago and wasn't able to get it off like I usually do. I'm 70 and female. Will I still lose weight if I add a tablespoon of raw honey? I just started drinking ACV but I can't bear to drink it because it tastes so bad. I put 1 tablespoon of ACV in an 8 oz of water and started adding 1 tablespoon of raw honey. I drink it in room temperature and sometimes cold because I put it in the fridge. I also drink it twice a day (before breakfast and before dinner).
I think as long as there is acv you will still lose weight

I love, AVC mixed with black strap molasses. I take around 2/3 of a liter of ACV warm up the molasses and top off the bottle with it. Shake it up well and it stays good on the counter so that I can add it to water anytime I want. I kind of consider it a natural Gatorade. Proportions are to taste and of course strength is to taste as well.

I take one tablespoon in the morning, one at lunch, one a dinner, and one before going to bed. For the first 3 times I dilute it in seltzer water with a little diet tea added. At night, just plain seltzer. Rinse my mouth out with mouth wash before going to bed. hope this helps.

I started drinking it because of my chronic sinusitis and it really helped me, but it also freed me from reflux which I'm so thankful for. So I also recommend it if you have some other diseases!

I started drinking ACV each morning and evening as I have been having a bad time with Ulcerative Colitis. Two days after drinking this my UC eased and now the blood and diarrhea has stopped along with the bad pains. I am still taking my medication from the Dr with the ACV but I feel so much better.

Stanley Keith you need to at least have 8 ounces of water with one teaspoon a day of ACV. Do a tablespoon of honey with it so it can block out the taste. Take twice a day 30 min before any meal. I drink it 10 minutes before my treat meal and got to say I'm still loosing 1 to 2 pounds a week for the last 2 months. I use to not drink it before treat meals and would gain weight.

Hey so I’m about two weeks into a diet and exercise plan, I’m working out lots and counting calories I’m 27, I work out everyday for an hour, I work 40 hours a week I’m 5’11 and I weigh 214lbs my goal is 160. I just started taking acv today with Lemon juice at 2 table spoons a day. I will update with results in a month for y’all to see if this actually works. Now I am dieting and working out so I’m hoping this boosts my progress that’s been steady so far (down from 220 about two weeks ago). Thanks.

I just started apple cider vinegar today February. 29 2020. I will weigh myself in three weeks and I would honestly let you know if I lost weight or not. I walk on the treadmill two times a week for 20 minutes just regular walking I do an incline of 10 that’s as high as my treadmill will go. I find I like drinking apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons ,20 ounces of water ,a couple dashes of Cayenne pepper ,and about a teaspoon of organic raw honey.. I only drink that once a day I drink it in the morning to start off my day. Update in another three weeks.

Thamk you raz katt ,😊 I’m going to need it two days in I am experiencing stomach ache throughout the day.. having 3 to 4 bowel movements a day I was on another UA-cam channel the ladies said it is common for some people and it should subside within 3 to 4 days. If I still experience a stomach ache I’m going to cut back cut back on the Apple cider vinegar to 1 tablespoon Instead of two. I wish you luck ✊🏼🙏🏽 also please tell me your results thank you.
sour jin I will come back on March 19 and give you an update so far I’ve been experiencing stomach aches it’s uncomfortable of course. I’ve also experienced 3 to 4 bowel movements a dayI’m going to give it till Friday if it doesn’t stop I’m just gonna take 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar instead of two I hope that will help. I was on another UA-cam channel and a lady had said his stomach aches and bowel movements for some people may be a side effect but it should go away within a couple days I’m hoping that is so for me. The lady on the other UA-cam channel said that Apple cider vinegar helps detox your body so I’m assuming that’s what I’m going through right now.

Wow absolutely love your video and have subscribed. Sharing health is wealth. I too am a apple cider vinegar lover. I'm fairly new at sipping on it, so as you stated 1 tbsp is good enough for me. I have it 4 days a week n make it warm like a tea at night, maybe an hour or so before bed. I use a 1/2cup of water, 1tbsp Bragg's 🍎 apple cider vinegar and raw honey, 1/2 fresh squeezed 🍋 that I strain of course so I don't have seeds floating around. Heat it up for a min I add a sprinkle of cinnamon. I have colorful straw I sip out of😜 I feel full and have loss weight and feel more energized. As you stated moderation is the key. I have to check out the salad dressing recipes. Ty again for this video

I don't drink it in lukewarm water; I make a gallon jug and put it in and drink it all during the day. I usually have a 28 oz bottle when waking up but also add celtic salt, lemon or lime juice and DE.
I have been using the Braggs apple vinegar with the 'mother' for some 20 years with the PURPOSE simply being for health purposes. Along with 1/3 cup in 14 oz. of water I add 1 teaspoon of MSM for arthritis control. 30 years ago I fell 40 feet, broke many bones and want to keep that 'possible problem at bay and in check. I am taking the GOLI gummies upon the recommendation of my daughter, but will most like also go back to the Braggs only when the bottle of GOLI is empty. I most like the BRAGGS with Cayenne and honey added. Much more palatable! Don

Apple cider vinegar definitely works!!! I put baking soda in about 2 tablespoons of brags and drink it first thing in the morning and before I go to sleep and sometimes after I eat when I remember to during the day! The first time I ever drank it I noticed literally about 20 minutes later that my face looked less puffy. This time around I am fully committed to drinking it and my face has slimmed out a lot and I have most definitely lost weight. It also just does something for you mentally, it’s one thing you can start to do even when you don’t feel like you have the strength to change your whole diet or workout...and by just starting to do something it spurs you to want to do more for your health! It is great!!!!! Also I started drinking a gallon + of water per day and that has definitely made a huge difference. I have fractures in my neck so I can’t do the more intense workouts I would like to do but I can do my squats! Squats are so good for you physically and mentally! So with apple cider vinegar w/baking soda, a gallon of water and 200+ squats a day (or whatever you can do) you will see a difference! Also I stopped eating before five. Even though it’s a little backwards I am usually not hungry in the morning and waiting till five does inevitably cut out a lot of calories I would have been consuming throughout the day! Been working for me!!!!
