Before Covid we went through the usual cold season, everyone in the house had the cold and flu multiple times, me zero no symptoms at all. I thought I was coming down with it but it was gone in no less than 10 hours. After work outs in which I pushed hard that day very little soreness with lactic acid build up. Didn’t notice the weight loss claim. But when you first start, this is weird but ear wax loosening a lot of ear wax cleaning maybe because of the clensing affect also more number 2 movements. This does work just follow the directions on the bottle

I was on a steady diet of Tums for years, and it was only getting worse. Now I make up a mixture of 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a 1/4 teaspoon of white sea salt, and 16 ounces of water. I rarely get heartburn, but when I do, I take a sip or two of my concoction, and the heartburn is gone.
It's interesting that a Reddit forum for GERD and heartburn sufferers literally bans the discussion of ACV. Discussion of the multitude of Big Pharma products is more than welcome.

My mentor swears that ACV is responsible for her overall good health and she has been taking it every morning (with water) for years. I have tried several times in my life to do this and I find ACV disgusting, even diluted, and it made me feel nauseous first thing in the morning. I have used it in my own vinaigrette, but still, I'd rather use balsamic. Since I'm not diabetic, I'm happy to hear that I don't have to take it because I hate it. Thanks, Docs!

I'm disinclined to add things like this to my diet without evidence of benefit. I have used vinegar(s) in foods, but am very cognizant of the damage that acidic foods/beverages can do to enamel. For me, there is always a benefit/risk ratio. Thankfully, I'm in excellent health due to a lifestyle/diet (plant-based) revamp 15 years ago. I truly value your videos and appreciate the fact that you consult with experts outside of your specialty. I have lost weight and lowered my BP since taking Apple Cider Vinegar. I went from 265lbs to 235lbs in 6 months. Also cut out a lot of pastas and breads. I try not to eat anything with more than 6 or 7 grams of sugar per serving. My BP was 149 /101 and dropped to 128/83 I look and feel so much better. I was putting 30ml of ACV to my bottle of water and my favorite flavored drink mix. I did it once before bed and then again as soon as I woke up in the morning. I love ACV. Went from a size 44 to 38 pants size

I have had kidney stones 3x now, and here are some tips and tricks I learned along the way. A heating pad applied to the painful area does wonders. I now prepare a gallon jug of water and I add like 5 table spoons of apple cider vinegar, | drink a few glasses a day. At first ! did not like it, but over time I am now craving it daily. I truly believe it threnses my thirst better than any other drink, even plain water.
Anyways, I have never had a kidney stone after I started drinking this. It has been like 5 years. Look up apple cider vinegar benefits, you'll be amazed at all the benefits. Hope it helps somebody dealing with these nasties.

It's all up to you. I think it is hokey. I use a fair amount of other vinegars in cooking, but not this one. I'm going to ask a friend who has high A1C if they use this. My suspicion is that a healthy diet is paramount.

I totally agree. I am not at all over-weight and keep to a keto diet of only 10 net carbs daily, but still my A1c & fasting bg are not as low as I would like. I thought I knew all about ACV, as I have been taking it regularly for years, but I have just got some new inspiration from this vid. I used to take very expensive high quality vinegar with the mother, but then someone gave me a whole lot without. Now I am going to down-grade that for cleaning and go back to the better sort for ME. Also, I am going to up my dose from once to twice daily. Wish me luck!@@TalkingWithDocs

I do believe in the positive benefits which is why I keep taking it. By accident my wife bought White House Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey so now I feel like I am also getting the benefit of honey with the vinegar and it does not have the bite that straight AC vinegar has. Maybe a video on honey and its healing properties docs? Thank you again!

I live in the USA. I think I'd been prediabetic or hypoglycemic since my teens. When I was having a minor surgery, the RN told me my blood sugars were elevated and to get it checked. At any of my doctors' check-ups my A1C or any other blood test was never ordered because nobody in my family was diabetic so therefore, I couldn't be. At age 30 I weighed 310 lbs. and was tested, resulting with a high A1C. Eight years ago I had gastric bypass surgery and now weigh 126 lbs. My A1C fluctuates so about 5 years ago my husband read about a new study stating, taking 2 TBL apple cider vinegar every day helped to lower A1C. We didn't know any better, so we didn't mix it with anything to buffer the acid. My husband tried it first and loved the taste, he loves vinegar. I tried it and it felt like a volcano erupted in my stomach and esophagus. I was sick for hours. Needless to say, I haven't tried it since. After this video I guess I can use the apple cider vinegar, with MOTHER of course, into a salad dressing and hope for the best. Thank you for your research and honest opinion. cheers

Doctors will tell you to never ever drink ACV straight. You need to mix it with water or mix it in your food. It's very dangerous to your body drinking it straight. Try mixing 1 to 2 tablespoons of ACV with the mother in 8 oz glass of water with a little honey or stevia....it will taste so must better to you.
