I started using these hacks at the request of my Dr. So glad I did. It’s been 3 weeks and I have more energy and have lost several pounds….no counting any macros or calories, just doing the vinegar before and eating in the order she suggests. It is so easy it feels effortless. 😮It’s what I’ve always needed..

The thing with me is I've been taking Vinegar daily, but not always taking it in the right order. For I might eat some sugary food before I eat my meat, rice, and potatoes that's mixed with Vinegar. But now I'm conscious of the order in which I should take it. Plus I've taken the advice of another poster to rise my mouth clean after taking Vinegar to protect my teeth.

The previous video where she promotes her book for a minute, is well-deserved, and her putting all her efforts into creating a product that backs the medical advice she gives & promoting it, is also perfectly valid. People can't always expect free medical advice and free stuff, while she puts so much effort, research, and study references into all her videos just so she can help a few people lead a healthy life, while also tackling misinformations out there. If we're being real, she could've just been like "if you wanna know how to tackle sugar increase, or reduce weight, or become healthy, just get on a 1-1 call with me" from the beginning. People need to be grateful for what they get instead of being whiny.

I know that the vinegar drinking, was a huge contributor to helping me get back to a better physical health state.

The use of Olive Oil is always encouraged and many people use vinegar mixed with the olive oil to heighten the taste. Since eating vegetables (salad) to start the meal is common and this is one of the hacks, it seems the two together would increase the effectiveness.

The amount of acetic acid that the human body can safely consume without causing health issues can vary depending on factors such as individual tolerance, overall health, and existing medical conditions. However, it's essential to note that consuming large amounts of acetic acid, especially concentrated forms like vinegar, can potentially lead to adverse effects on organs and overall health.
For cider vinegar, white vinegar, and balsamic vinegar, the concentration of acetic acid can vary. Typically:
Apple cider vinegar: Contains approximately 5-7% acetic acid.
White vinegar: Contains approximately 4-7% acetic acid.
Balsamic vinegar: Contains approximately 6-7% acetic acid.
Consuming small amounts of vinegar, such as a tablespoon or two diluted in water or used in cooking, is generally safe for most people and may even have some health benefits, such as aiding digestion and promoting satiety. However, regularly consuming large quantities of vinegar or ingesting concentrated forms of acetic acid can potentially lead to gastrointestinal issues, tooth enamel erosion, and disruptions in electrolyte balance.
There is no specific recommended maximum daily intake of acetic acid from vinegar established by health authorities. Still, it's generally advisable to consume vinegar in moderation as part of a balanced diet and to avoid excessive consumption to prevent potential health risks.
If you have concerns about your vinegar consumption or its effects on your health, it's best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

Oh, and exercise is important too but when you don't eat sugar it does take a couple of weeks at first but you stop feeling hunger (the cravings reduce). I'll just quote Perplexity (a clever AI that also just happens to list all the references it uses for forming its reply) as you may find some of the response to the question "Is taking a teaspoon of vinegar every day helpful or harmful?" interesting... Drinking a teaspoon or tablespoon of vinegar daily can have both potential benefits and risks. Benefits may include appetite suppression, weight loss, and improved blood sugar levels[1][2][5]. However, vinegar's acidity can erode tooth enamel, irritate the esophagus, and cause stomach upset if consumed undiluted or in large amounts[1][3]. It is generally recommended to dilute vinegar in water and consume it in moderation, ideally not exceeding 30 mL per day[2][3][4]. People with certain health conditions should consult a doctor before incorporating vinegar into their diet[2].

My symptoms are starting to feel thick headed, weak after too many hours after a meal. High sugar meals send me on a rollercoaster and initially feel like I have taken meth. @scpython1 don't brush your teeth immediately after consuming anything, especially not acidic foods or drinks. Your teeth will be in a state of demineralization, which means that the enamel of your teeth become soft and prone to erosion (especially erosion from brushing). Always wait at least 30 minutes after eating before brushing your teeth, so as to allow the pH of your mouth to return to neutral levels. After consuming something like vinegar, or eating anything else, really, just thoroughly swoosh your mouth with water to help neutralize the pH faster.

Even a small piece of chocolate stabilizes me within 5 minutes. I went to the doctor and they said they can't test it unless it's happening right there. When I first started to experiment with making meads and pearys I bought 14lbs of pears.
I processed them and bottled it up and waited.
After a month I opened a bottle to get it a test and found that instead of a delicious peary I had made the most delicious vinegar that I have ever tasted.

I've been drinking lemon juice in water first thing in the morning for many years now, in the beginning mostly to help with digestion and acid reflux (which is actually due to low stomach acidity). And it helped amazingly - no acid reflux or digestive issues now for many years.
I could never tolerate ACV (or any other vinegar) until about a year ago, when I started to add just a teaspoon to my morning lemon water.
That was ok... so I gradually increased the amount.
Now I have about a tablespoon of ACV in water in the morning, usually still with lemon juice (because I like the taste), and that works well for me.
I didn't realise that it was a hack for reducing glucose levels - that is an extra bonus!

Very well presented in a simple manner. I think acetic acid should be consumed with a bunch of green vegetable and water, mixed in a blender and had 30mins before the carb meal. This will be very easy on the stomach and a very enjoyable.

Probably better in a salad, not a smoothie. She explained in another video that blending breaks the greens structure and this task should be done by you (by chewing well) and your stomach. Once I get a glucose monitor, I'll test both ways...

@@mitooquerer I am not convinced that eating green salad mixed with Berries, garlic, Vinegar will make the mixture ineffective. The most important ingredient, the fiber does not get destroyed by blending. So is adding dietary fiber.
In my opinion one will need the nutritions to be easily absorbed by the body. A smoothie will facilitate this process.
My personal experience is that one smoothie a day before the carb meal is very beneficial.

I swear, if you get a really good unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, it actually tastes so good and refreshing in a glass of cold water. Treat it as a lemonade, put some ice cubes in. I love it! I had to get used to the taste in the beginning, but now I prefer it to sugary drinks for refreshments, either that or just lemon/lime in water. :)

Hi Jessie, I love your videos! Your vinegar hack saved me from waking up with a massive headache after eating dinner right before going to bed due to my work shift schedules. Sometimes I have no time to eat between 3pm to 10pm due to work, then come home starving. Then I eat. But doesn’t matter if I eat healthy or unhealthy food, I would wake up with a massive headache the next morning. So I added a glass of vinegar water to that dinner. Now I have NO headache at all! I suspect I was suffering from low blood sugar level while I asleep because of the big insulin spike after that late dinner.
I have a question though…. Does it still help if I drink the vinegar water AFTER the meal? I find it easier on my stomach if I drink it after a meal.
Thank you so much for your help! You are my hero!

Vinegar is a Acetic acid - 30% glucose spike -20% insulin spike reduction.
This acetic acid activates - Alpha Amylase enzyme in digestive system.
It tells muscles to soak up more glucose than usual instead of flowing it into blood steam.
Any vineger is fine - ACV, White Vinegar, Red wine, Cherry , rice vinegar .( Not cleaning vinegar).
20 mins before meal is best.
Also Lemon is a citric acid not acetic acid. So it is less powerful. Its like 1:3 or 4 ratio for the same results.

Try taking 1,000 IU of vitamin D to boost immunity. It effects so many other things in the body, as well as immunity and many hormones, so getting enough is important, especially if you are indoors a lot or live in certain parts of the world. If you are on any blood thiinners, do not take the Vit D's sold with added K2 because it can be contraindicated (prohibited/dangerous to take with) for certain conditions or when on certain medications, so check with your doctor, but taking just Vit D alone in small amounts is considered safe.
In terms of blood spike, it's perfectly normal for blood sugar to go down as well as up during the day. So EVEN if you aren't eating anything your body will release more sugar into your bloodstream. Having low blood sugar, or large stretches with no meal can both trigger diabetes, not just blood spikes that are high from good, so try to eat at regular intervals, that also will make it less tempting to 'snack' in between meals. I replacd biscuits with a small bowl of berries, or fruit in a little Greek yoghurt and you can add a teaspoon of lemon juice, but I also add some honey/maple syrup sometimes. I occasdionally have this first thing in the morning as I don't like heavy meals first thing & even without insulin, my blood sugar does come down as long as I'm active also. Adding nuts also helps to avoid glucose spikes when eating fruit.
You're right, when I have a very bad cold/flu I get high blood sugar levels even if I'm barely eating. It can also spikes due to lack of sleep and stress. Try to carve yourself out 15 minutes to half an hour out of every day for 'me-time', to have a long bath, shower, walk, read or meditate or just drink some tea while relaxing. I'm diabetic, I know when I am sick or unwell my glucose levels rise & it has nothing to do with my diet.
Another tip is to make sure you are not dehydrated, especially important if you're on metformin, but being even slightly dehydrated can effect glucose levels. If my glucose levels are high and I haven't been snacking I just drink a glass of water & often it brings it down naturally, as does going for a walk. Hope some of that helps!

We need to take in consideration all aspects of drinking vinegar. If you'll be drinking vinegar it should be apple one as the chance to mess something up in your stomach is less concerning. And this is the main point. It may help for one thing and damaging another in long term. There are not enough studies in order to claim that it is 100% beneficial with no side effects. And while lemon may have less effect, it is much more healthier for your body.
