Thank you for making these types of videos coach, we love it. I hope you, your family and the community have a great day today
The point of this video was to bring attention to these techniques and to provide video evidence that they work at the highest level and that some of the best wrestlers at these lighter weight classes used them with consistent success
What did you do to get the copy right strike lifted 😭 thank goodness the video is open again
@@RenegadeVulcan I trimmed out the very last clip of the video. It got striked because that clip was from the Paris Olympics
@@earnyourgold that makes more sense, I woke up to a posted video and then ate breakfast and it was gone. Very scary
He posted!!! The greatest wrestling technique breakdown channel ever
I’ve seen you commenting everywhere
@@tiagobertoldozwicky3438 Ah yes, I've been keeping up with all the best wrestling content. I'm also active on the Iron Faith Forum. 👍
Hey, just wanted you to know that I've completely revamped my Judo system based on your videos like this one around the Drop Whip-Over and with doing the legless dumps and your other videos on the 2-on-1 (the lat whip video) and its been going really well. Just wanna say that your system works really well in Judo also, even with leg grabs not being legal.
@@stin18x love to hear that
Thanks for this bud. High School season is around the corner and gonna definitely consider looking over this video again for my light weights
Appreciate the video! Starting to teach my sons this helps!
Do one for the big men
a hwy one would be great!

How did I not see this video? I recently subscribed and check my subscriptions every day. I think nagao is the best top wrestler at 133
Do one for heavier weights
Thus was a great video. Thank you for the information.
Do Middleweights next please
174-197 would be a cool one too. Could u also go over speed, strength, and flexibility?
dude alot of these techniques work at heavier weights as well, head lever is seen at pretty much all weights, and people like Mason Parris for example frequently do inside dumps. This list is more of a suggestion. Dont count these techniques out just because you are a heavier weight.
@@mrmocha5435 I’m aware, that’s why I also mentioned the speed, strength, and flexibility part. He used wrestlers as examples of the moves too, so it would be interesting to see what he would view as the best all around fitness for an upper weight on top of best speed, strength, and flexibility. Plus this is also a combination of a bunch of different wrestling moves from different people to fit a style he likes for the weight class. It would also be interesting to me to see what system he would make for these upper weights. In general it’s less of me wanting ideas for moves and more me really respecting this guy and genuinely curious of his opinion.
do a middle weight vid!!
I'm stealing every one of these techniques for the upcoming season.
However, some of the Lee top stuff we already do.
I'm a picky coach and I naturallt criticize alot of people's wrestling knowledge. That being said I co sign just about everything u teach!
Same
Been watching a lot of your vids Coach. ESPECIALLY on insta. Keep it up, you got me pumped for the seaso
can you do a middleweight one?
what is the best way to get the reinforced bar with the wing if the opponent is posting it on their hip. With having short arms I usually cannot lean and reach under.
what tie ups would you recommend to hit those attacks
Curious if you would make a low risk wrestling system for submission grappling. I loved your over under and under inside tie vid but noticed a decent amount of moves the opponents head would be underneath which would opt for a guillotine instead of wrestling.
Do heavyweights too please
are you gonna do this for middle weights and big guys too?
What bout the middleweights 150-175
He reminds me so much of dahgame_360
So 157s count as mid weight?
Yes?? I think anyone would think that…..
