Watching Gilman over the past 6 years or so, he has really matured. Great to see the growing that he has done as a wrestler and as a person!

My favorite idea from this is, you're not nervous, you're spirited. It means you have a heightened sense of awareness that gives you an advantage over your opponent. Great video.

It’s crazy following Thomas and Spencer’s lee careers over the years, time flies, this man is an excellent wrestler just pure grit, great technique and isn’t afraid to work

That was cool. Gilman vs spencer needs to happen ASAP! That has to be the most anticipated match folk style or freestyle. Some close other match ups would be fix, Lee, and Suriano all going at each other.

thats the difference between penn state and Iowa. Iowas is only focused on winning so they hate losing however penn state cares more about getting better so their fine with losing

Yep, watching film is underrated and if a world champion is telling us to watch film, then it's legit.

When you mean watching film other wrestling matches besides our own right?

Dude is fortunate the 2020 Olympics didn’t go as planned- as Spencer was healthy and tore thru the US Open field.
If that cycle goes as planned with no COVID- Spencer is your Olympic champion and Gilman doesn’t have the stranglehold on 57 kg the past 3 years.
He knows it- why he left the HWC.
He’s hoping Spencer never makes it to him via injury or upset…that’s his only chance

As if Spencer needs it? It’s not like he’s out running his mouth. He wrestles hard and is in active recovery from dual major knee surgery. Yea he needs humbling lol.
