Coach! My boy used the Tanner Cook system this weekend! I have to figure out where to post it in the EYGM community. All thanks to you and my son's hard work!
    Buy the academy, it's priceless!

Yes! He got two pins in both of his rec matches.. He is 6 so obviously it wasn't done as well as Cook. But he had absolute confidence in the moves and went for them. Even got a defensive Gator bacon when the kid got a leg.

Strongly agree with this and have seen the same concept work in many sports. ‘Pick one thing. Get so good at it that your opponents have to get unsound to stop you. Then attack how they get unsound.’

I appreciate the value you bring to the grappling community, very informative and I love your film breakdown! I see myself purchasing your course this month! Thank you again for the value you bring to this community!

Have you done a video on the wrestler you covered in this video? I’d love a deep dive into his system. This was a great starting point

In creating a system, is the Russian Tie a good tie up to focus on? Or would Underhooks, Inside Ties, Outside Ties be better.

Learning the moves are great but how do you develop explosiveness and endurance?

One of my main shots that I have developed is a blast double. I am working on transitioning to upper body if they defend it but I haven't quite got it yet. Are there any other attacks I can chain to the blast double?

body lock to a trip or body lock to a lift/mat return

Do you have Alonzo's EYGM academy?
He has about 15 instructionals all coming from the double. Buy the academy and it will answer all your questions
