Most kids ain’t gonna focus on stuff like this, unfortunate. Most wrestlers instinctively associate others success with “he’s stronger” “he’s too fast” etc. And then just look for new moves to learn how to do mediocrely. Important for kids to learn that it’s all technique and if you’re losing in a position, it’s your fault. Watch film, there’s a lot of right ways to do moves, but there’s even more wrong ways

Thanks for this video I’m training 3 youth wrestlers at home and I’m guiding myself by mostly your content I don’t really have any wrestling background… I’m just a blue belt in bjj … It can be really hard to put a system together with so much information … it’s kind of over whelming
