I have never seen anyone else pay such attention to the hands and wrists. I feel like so much of yoga practice depends on your wrist strength and flexibility, so that was really amazing and helpful. Thank you!

I think this is wonderful. One tip though, to tell viewers to take it at their own pace as they are better getting to 7 with good form and without injury then trying to keep up with you and get to 10 as it is very fast. Thanks for the video and getting us moving.
Actually she did say to go at your own pace at the beginning and throughout the practice. Plus that is common to do ONLY what you can do without being told lol
