Short evening ones would be great. Really good idea. When I see something longer than 10-15 mins it discourages me to even start , knowing how limited my time is during the day.
Today's 10 minutes went so fast, in a way I didn't realize it came to its end. I'm really enjoying this challenge, it makes me feel more connected to my body. THANK YOU SO MUCH KASSANDRA
I wake up, meditate, and afterwards I’m feeling ready for this daily practice. I’ve recognized my body is healing itself, kinks are unfolding during the day with little cracks opening space in my spine, I’m choosing moments to practice my own poses at random times during the day, and lots of wild dancing. As I choose to pay attention and nourish my body-mind-soul, it’s happening. My healing IS already in progress. My healing is here, now, today. Thank you!!❤️🙏🏾
Dear Kassandra, I started almost one year ago doing yoga every morning with you. It was my New years resolution, and you made it so easy for me to keep it. You have a great tone of voice, and there's always a video that gives me exactly what I need that morning. I can't imagine my life without it anymore! I’ve been noticing and appreciating lots of “crackles and creaks” coming out of my body in the #GoodMorning since starting this challenge, similar to a day or two after I’ve had a massage. I’ll be doing this one again!
I have done these every month since April, and still this one is my favorite, it comes at the perfect time. Thank you so much for these they have been my saving grace through some difficult and exhausting days.
For a month I lost my motivation to do "morning yoga'" but to do it today with you makes me feel better and I'll do it tomorrow again. Thank you Kassandra for be you

Either each day of this 30 day practice is exactly what I need in my life that day or I quickly apply it to my life and see how it fits in. When I started this one, I had some stiffness in my neck and shoulders - when I finished, there was a lot less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Thanks for a great workout!

This 10 minute morning yoga routine has helped me so much. It helps with the stiffness I experience in the morning, a great way to start my day feeling better. Just finished day 16 and I already feel better overall. I will keep this 10 minute morning routine going forever. I like that I get a new one delivered to my inbox every day. So glad I found this!

I've been dealing with painful flare-ups in my ankle due to a car accident several years ago. This particular practice really helps to gain mobility back, and I'm so grateful for that!

I have long Covid and some chronic body aches and this remains my #1 most effective go-to -- and I've tried a lot of different ones!
I have a condition with lots of rheumatic pain. Even though I've been in treatment for six months, this class is just a lifesaver for me.
This morning practice was so good for me. I learned to appreciate slow, gentle movements.

Good Morning! This is my favorite morning yoga that I’ve been doing daily. GREAT upper back stretch! It’s even improved my chiropractic visits!
Thank goodness for you kassandra I cannot go to my regular weekly yoga class so I do your morning yoga at least 5 mornings a week sometimes 7 🙏🏻
