Hello Sarah Beth! It's a stormy evening here in France, and I've been lying on my mat doing my bedtime yoga with husband. At the end of the session I started having tears roll down my face and my husband asked me what was wrong, and I said 'nothing! I just feel so happy'. I've suffered with depression on and off and I've been overweight for a number of years, but for the last six weeks I've done at least one of your videos everyday and I've not only lost 11lbs, but I've also started to love my body and my mind again. You don't know me, but I'm saying from the bottom of my heart, thank you; your videos are changing me in more ways than one. Namaste.
Totally agree. I’ve gained a really significant amount of weight over quarantine after having lost the same amount prior and had begun to loose some of the love for my body as it lost strength. I started doing at least one of her videos every day for the past two weeks and I can already see a difference in my body and my mindset, feeling the happiest continually in a while.

Tried this for the first time tonight and I feel absolutely amazing! I've been trying to get fit in both mind and body and I was told yoga is a good way to hit both of those goals, I fell off the path but recently got back on after a rough summer. Im 17 and studying for a really important exam, for stress relief, back pain and posture problems I started yoga with you twice a day and have been doin them for like 2 weeks, I couldn’t reach my legs to back of my head ever in my life but I can do it today even the one when we straighten out the legs to the ceiling . I liked the part when you are on your back and put your feet to the ceiling holding your lower back with the challenges. That's the first time I have done that in over 25 years. I've been practicing your yoga on and off for about a year this year I decided to commit fully and do it everyday. I do 15 minute morning yoga, zen in 10 yoga abit of taebo and then at night I do the bed time. I am most proud that I can finally do the plough pose 👌👌👌👌❣❣❣❣❣❣🔥🔥🔥I also love that chair post and figure 4 no longer kill me lol. been showing all my friends telling them to jump on board. I have been practicing yoga through your yoga videos and I truly enjoy it. Tonight I was shocked that I could do a shoulder stand. I have recently been experiencing anxiety and videos have truly helped me a lot decompress at the end of my day. I hope to someday be able to teach yoga as well.

I've been doing yoga a few times a week since your 21 day new years yoga challenge this year, and I struggled so much with plough pose in January. I surprised myself with my progress today by doing a plough pose for the first time- I'm so happy!! 😁
Favorite part was the most challenging for me..the shoulder stand. It makes my whole body feel like I hit the reset button. Straightens my back, brings a mental challenge which forces some focus. Perfect after a long day at work. Thanks so much.

i do this everynight and i do the mrning one everymorning and my posture has improved so much its crazy
