      I am so grateful for your UA-cam channel. I may find my mind wandering off and you always bring me back to my inner awareness, my breathe, my peace. I find myself relaxing more than I have before and even catch myself With a gentle smile. Your yoga videos is something I do as part of my nighttime routine and look forward to it everyday.     Dude! I’ve done this routine several times but tonight I tried it on my bed and that was sincerely a magical experience. I didn’t think Jasmine (What my husband and I named our mattress) and I could get any more connected but we did. Thank you for ending my day on such a sweet note.

    I love these stress/anxiety series! It's wonderful how well you incorporate mindfulness in a way that is gentle and not forceful. I think it's crazy how much tension I carry in my biceps so those side poses that stretch the neck and upper back muscles really opened up my arms and chest as well. Wonderful video! Thank you Sarah!

    This is my favorite bedtime yoga video, and I do these every night. I've been coming back to this one for years - its the perfect amount of challenge with stretching that it actually releases my tension and helps me get to bed. I'm pretty flexible and a lot of the easy routines on UA-cam don't stretch anything. I try new videos every once in a while but I find I always come back here. Thank you!

    I am currently doing the 30 days of yoga challenge and everything about the practise is wonderful. How you describe and film the poses is wonderful for a beginner I really appreciate how you choose to describe each move. You have been not only the only yoga instructor I have stuck with but the only one whos instruction leads me to wanting to do more and more yoga every day, hence the nighttime yoga! I can't express how grateful I am this is part of my life now. Thank you 😊

    I don't know why, but this specific Yoga routine always makes me cry in the end. I think it's all the tension and stress of the day, just leaving my body, in a very emotional way. Thank you Sarah, for making these videos for us.

    Thank you Sara Beth. I have your APP and it has been my personal sanity. I love getting the email as a gentle reminder its time to take care of myself. Here I am at 50+ with no kids and now I am in a care giver role for parents and siblings. I am truly overwhelmed , but grateful I have this practice to come home to.

    This routine has turned into one of my all time faves for first thing in the morning or just before bed. I’ve done it So many times in the first few weeks since it was released. Very mellow yin style floor-based positions for deep relaxation. No balance required. ❤️ keep up the good work, love love love this one
