I love these stress/anxiety series! It's wonderful how well you incorporate mindfulness in a way that is gentle and not forceful. I think it's crazy how much tension I carry in my biceps so those side poses that stretch the neck and upper back muscles really opened up my arms and chest as well. Wonderful video! Thank you Sarah!

I've been coming back to this one for years - its the perfect amount of challenge with stretching that it actually releases my tension and helps me get to bed. I'm pretty flexible and a lot of the easy routines on UA-cam don't stretch anything. I try new videos every once in a while but I find I always come back here. Thank you!
I am currently doing the 30 days of yoga challenge and everything about the practise is wonderful. How you describe and film the poses is wonderful for a beginner I really appreciate how you choose to describe each move. You have been not only the only yoga instructor I have stuck with but the only one whos instruction leads me to wanting to do more and more yoga every day, hence the nighttime yoga! I can't express how grateful I am this is part of my life now. Thank you 😊

This routine has turned into one of my all time faves for first thing in the morning or just before bed. I’ve done it So many times in the first few weeks since it was released. Very mellow yin style floor-based positions for deep relaxation. No balance required. ❤️ keep up the good work, love love love this one
