I started on 20th may 2024 and today is 14 July 2024 I was 89.5 kg when I started and today my weight is 81.1kg that's all without going to gym I worked on my diet and exercise calorie deficit that's it eat less move more you will loose weight ( sugar I cut and used stevia ) protein rich diet I introduced in my life through egg whites chicken breast panner and soyachunks curd ,dosa ,idli , cooked vegetables without oil and for oils I eat nuts ( almonds + walnuts sometimes pumkin seeds ) + 8-9 hours sleep In my exercise I used to wali for 10-15 km in a day if I skipped walking I used to jump rope 5000 repetition in a day Thankyou very much

@@madhavarora8812 I try to complete my dinner by7 p.m max, left all sorts of junk food, sugar and replaced white rice with samak rice, that too very small portion, and had light dinner like soup or salad or veg boiled. Being a non veg I ate egg/ chicken salad with lots of veggies in it for lunch someday, drank 3 litres of water and tried to sleep for minimum 6 to max 7 hours. Everyday walked for 30 mins early morning in the sun ( for vit d). For breakfast I have sprouts salad or besan/ oats chilla with lots of veg or paneer sandwich, or sattu banana shake or oats smoothie or scrambled egg with sweetcorn ,carrots with a bit of corriander and lemon in it...( my fav)... IT IS REALLY A LIFESTYLE CHANGE.... and I have promised myself this time I will not turn back.... P.s. I have kept my goals short... as of now my goal is to reach 90 kgs.... then a small party then again next target 80 kgs...

I'm 19 now 5'7 and my weight is 68-69 kg when was 15 i was 60 but 4year from 11 to 1st year i gain 8kg region is not doing physical activity and i use to eat maggie every sunday and kabhi kabhi 2 days a week and in this 4year i never did breakfast homemade food khati hu but koi fix time nhi hai my daily calories is around 1000 or1200 but i want to loose weight now and my goal is 55kg time consuming hai but I'm not goona give up
