    I started on 20th may 2024 and today is 14 July 2024 I was 89.5 kg when I started and today my weight is 81.1kg that's all without going to gym I worked on my diet and exercise calorie deficit that's it eat less move more you will loose weight ( sugar I cut and used stevia ) protein rich diet I introduced in my life through egg whites chicken breast panner and soyachunks curd ,dosa ,idli , cooked vegetables without oil and for oils I eat nuts ( almonds + walnuts sometimes pumkin seeds ) + 8-9 hours sleep
    In my exercise I used to wali for 10-15 km in a day if I skipped walking I used to jump rope 5000 repetition in a day

    I just couldnt understand one thing, supposing my calorie intake (deficit) is 2000 calories, how much of this should come from protein, from carbs and from fats? (any approx percentages?)

    I am overweight
    110 Kg
    5'9 feet
    I regret so much now, earlier I never cared about weight loss but i now i realised how kuch it is important to stay healthy and look good
    I will follow the calorie deficit as i am in hostel so i can only eat 3 times
    From which i will skip the breakfast because that's to much oily
    I will do 10000 steps every day
    Will i be able to live a normal life? 🙃

      @@madhavarora8812 I try to complete my dinner by7 p.m max, left all sorts of junk food, sugar and replaced white rice with samak rice, that too very small portion, and had light dinner like soup or salad or veg boiled. Being a non veg I ate egg/ chicken salad with lots of veggies in it for lunch someday, drank 3 litres of water and tried to sleep for minimum 6 to max 7 hours. Everyday walked for 30 mins early morning in the sun ( for vit d). For breakfast I have sprouts salad or besan/ oats chilla with lots of veg or paneer sandwich, or sattu banana shake or oats smoothie or scrambled egg with sweetcorn ,carrots with a bit of corriander and lemon in it...( my fav)... IT IS REALLY A LIFESTYLE CHANGE.... and I have promised myself this time I will not turn back....
      P.s. I have kept my goals short... as of now my goal is to reach 90 kgs.... then a small party then again next target 80 kgs...

      @@madhavarora8812 just follow ed healthy eating, left all junks and sugar, walked early morning for 30 minutes, and ate early dinner max 7pm. And drank 3 liters of water.... that's it...

    Sir Mera weight pehle 64 tha but gallbladder surgery k baad 4 kg increase ho gya and fr meri kuch depression ki medicine chli .usse 68 se 78 ho gya hai. Ye 2 yrs mein hua hai

    Pcos 😢 , i was a bit chubby from starting but in last 2 yrs it got something else , gaining most of the fat in middle body (tummy + thighs ... saddle bags 😢) but all over fatty a bit , got little fatty liver , i think i have insulin resistance , am just 21 my youth is getting ruined from pcos

    I'm 19 now 5'7 and my weight is 68-69 kg when was 15 i was 60 but 4year from 11 to 1st year i gain 8kg region is not doing physical activity and i use to eat maggie every sunday and kabhi kabhi 2 days a week and in this 4year i never did breakfast homemade food khati hu but koi fix time nhi hai my daily calories is around 1000 or1200 but i want to loose weight now and my goal is 55kg time consuming hai but I'm not goona give up
