    thanks dr umesh for making such helpful content. but i want to make sure what is written in your protein food pdf (100g) and other ques too
    1) tofu gives 10g protein as written in pack but you have written 8g
    2) cottage cheese is paneer only so it gives 18g protein but you have written 11g
    3) sattu and roasted chana gives how much protein?
    4) buttermilk (tadka chaanch and plain both) gives how much protein?
    5) difference between curd and yoghurt and their protein?
    6) how much protein does sprouts give? kaale chane and moong daal both
    7) difference between soya chunks and soyabeans they give 52g protein or 36g protein?

    Your videos are really great but i have a doubt as you have provided protein sources pdf in this video in the description similarly you have also given protein sources pdf in another video of yours titled as "Hostel | Student Diet Plan | Doctor Explains 🎯" but some of the information of protein, fats, carbs per 100g of same food item in those pdf files are different.

    Yaar pata nai kitni videos dekhe meine health par and based on indian diet it was really hard for to figure out wt can i eat bcoz it is mostly consists or carbs toh abhi mein intermittent fasting bhi karti hyun i just eat one full meal a day and dinner is usually very light so I'm thinking to completely change it and try to have 3 small meals a day with protein fats minimum carbs and lots of fiber... I hope I do it I'll start by taking small steps.. And thanks for the this video my healthy diet search ends here 😊
