    I am 42years old aur main 10-15 din mein ek baar bahar se kuch khake baki time isi routine PE rahti hoon, week mein 4 din exercise karti hoon Ghar par not in gym and believe me 2 c-section ke baad bhi mein apni itni age mein sabse fit version mein hoon. I feel lite and healthy,. No meanopause symptoms nothing else, lekin Haan chai meri weakness hai Jo teen baar peeti hoon but itna to chalta hai,

    I drink herbal tea or green tea ,I take peanut daily and kismis, breakfast - oats , poha , daliya . 🎉 Lunch subzi roti or dal chawala I eat carrot too much but raw . Dinner i take vegetables soup mostly or khichdi. I take seasonal fruits every week . I'm a student I don't know which protein powder is good to take btw its expensive also .

    Sir, why normally other doctors hardly give any specific judgement about food ,like what to eat or not or manage something , they just say here is the prescription and eat whatever you want , i mean seriously , food doesnt help in anyway in any diseasee or if they will they give bogus type of advices like if you want to eat protein , they will focus more on non-veg and mostly there advices regarding food is black and white .

    thanks dr umesh for making such helpful content. but i want to make sure what is written in your protein food pdf (100g) and other ques too
    1) tofu gives 10g protein as written in pack but you have written 8g
    2) cottage cheese is paneer only so it gives 18g protein but you have written 11g
    3) sattu and roasted chana gives how much protein?
    4) buttermilk (tadka chaanch and plain both) gives how much protein?
    5) difference between curd and yoghurt and their protein?
    6) how much protein does sprouts give? kaale chane and moong daal both
    7) difference between soya chunks and soyabeans they give 52g protein or 36g protein?

    Please check the DIXIT sir diet, as they have stated that a true diet should be sustainable in comparison to daily life. He mentioned that we should only eat twice a day so that our body releases less glucose to digest food and burns fat automatically. Because each time we eat something for 55 minutes, our bodies release liquid to digest it, so the shorter our cycle, the less liquid is released, and so on.Please provide guidance on this.     its said that soy chunks has 60% bioavailability, it means that 100gm of soya sabzi eaten, out of that we would only get the benefit of 60% of what we ate? whats your thought on this?

      No studies to support this claim about bioavailability of Soya chunks.
      They have a PDCAAS score of 1! This means they are at par with the non veg protein sources and has excellent bioavailability.
      Cooking soya chunks takes care of the AntiNutrient part.
