    IMO: 5th reason of not drinking water properly is "laziness". Every time I feel thirsty and decided to drink water I just feel lazy and I ignore it. Excess of social media, work and learning make me forget to drink water.
    In 6th reason: I would say "no proper awareness" People dont know how necessary the water is for their body and immune system. If people were aware of the benefit of drinking water and educated about the disadvantages of consume less water, then they start drinking water properly

    Question for Pt 8: But if we are making water to be retained in our body to avoid urination, won't it lead to water retention wala weight gain? Just curious if these are related?
    Another question please clarify. There's a myth that we should drink water only sip by sip and not gulp it. If i keep sipping 3 litres of water, this will be the only thing i would do in my entire day 😅

      Nope it won't retain water forever. It will just not make you go to pee again and again.
