Small batch is all I make so I appreciate this recipe! I've eaten keto for many years now but I still have a binge eating disorder. I can't make a large batch because I will not be able to stop myself. Yay for small batch!
Hi, Annie! How do you not have at least a million subscribers?! Great recipes, clear instructions…and a fun sense of humor! Also, I love how you’ve done your hair. A new style for you, yes? Thanks, for this mini batch recipe…using my medieval blender! 😂
I got a Dyson Airwrap for Christmas. I like that it dries and styles at the same time so there is less risk of damaging my hair. It doesn’t take quite as long to style either. Sometimes the curls get a little wonky but I’m getting better at it. Glad you are liking the videos!!
I love the format of this video! I love the content. , the editing the voice over the commentary, the cute little pictures of your husband trying to sleep. This video is absolutely perfect! I love watching people progress in their craft and you have done this Uber such a short. of time. you are awesome, you are amazing. Keep it up! Thank you, thank you for all you do.❤😮
I miss eating frosting lol. As a chubby child I'd take a Duncan frosting container to my room and eat it with a spoon out the jar. The idea of a small batch of Keto friendly frosting is magical to me!!!
I love the little snippets of you in this video hahahaha, especially mixing the ingredients together on the floor in front of the tv. Looking forward to giving these a go 👌
Why is it that my sweet tooth is worst at bedtime!!! I try these baking experiments in the last hours of the day... I have another in my late night arsenal now! ❤
Omg, you saved the day with your recipe. Making some cookies for a group of peeps that have every restriction under the sun when you add them all up. Thus, was looking for a goid keto recipe and i foubd your channel. You sre hilarious and have great recipes! Thank you. Im totally excited to try this!
You keep getting funnier and funnier! Thanks for the entertaining videos (looks like you put extra time and effort into them) AND the exquisite keto recipes and tips.
I love small batch recipes! Thank you for sharing ❤. Can you share your cordless mixer info I’m in need of a new one and was thinking of going cordless this time 👍🏻
I just made some of your cookies this morning and I divide up the dough and make different flavors. But after watching this I realized I did not use baking powder? But they still tasted great???? What does the baking powder change?
Thank you for keeping these so short and to the point. I have a question for the keto community. After three years of trying, I still can't get past the texture of almond flour...even super fine. Would love to know if anyone else is the same way or has a solution. ❤
I have the same problem with almond flour. I’ve tried all brands that are extra fine and I still get the gritty texture. I’ve even tried sifting the almond flour but it just doesn’t work. I just can’t deal with that texture.
I have found that cutting it with a little bit of coconut flour or oat fiber helps. I was going to do that with this recipe but wanted to keep the ingredients simple.
So…yes, I was testing it with coconut flour before the holidays and then got distracted. My last notes said 2.5 tablespoons of coconut flour…which I think worked 😂 I started testing with 1.5 tablespoons of coconut flour and my notes said that they spread too much. So try 2.5 tablespoons. If you are able to roll out the dough and punch the cookies out without them the dough getting to soft and sticking to the cookie cutter then it’s fine. If the dough is too soft, add it back to the bowl and add the coconut flour in 1/2 tablespoon increments until the dough doesn’t stick to the cookie cutter.
This may be a stupid question - but it wouldn't be my first. On the recipe total carbs and calories. Is that for 1 cookie? Because I need to know i could eat all those in one sit down. I am the cookie monster. ❤❤
What are your thoughts on using allulose for keto cookies? It isn't quite as sweet as some of the other sugar substitutes, and it seems to retain more moisture -- will this affect the recipe, in your opinion? Thanks!
I like and use allulose but I agree that it is not quite sweet enough. Too change that, I bought a package of JUST monk fruit powder. I add an extra 1/4tsp or more to each cup of flower. This brings up the sweetness perfect tly. P!ay with the amounts. Each recipe is different. I know the monk fruit is incredibly expensive BUT it will last a long time. You're using tiny amounts!!!
I don't know what happened, but I am just noticing you doing goofy stuff and cutaways in your videos, and boy is it funny. It's not entertainment silly, along with good keto recipes. HAHAHHA!
I’m I haven’t tried that so I’m not sure how well it works. If you try it, let me know! I did want to test this with adding less almond flour and touch of oat fiber…but maybe I’ll test the protein powder too.
Sunflower seed flour is an equivalent and easy swap to almond flour. It tastes almost the same, and behaves the same. I also use lupin flour (very high fibre bean) b/c it has fewer carbs than almond flour, but it's drier and a tiny bit bitter, so I usually just swap out a 1/4 to 1/2 of any recipe. You may have to play with the recipe to make it work if you are going to swap all of it.
Like already suggested sunflower seed flour measures cup for cup with almond flour. Lupin flour may work - the ratio is 1 cup of almond flour to 1/2 cup of lupin flour. I haven’t experimented with bamboo fiber because I’ve hearing more and more reports of it causing digestive issues in people.
Can we talk Rysefureke method realness? It's not your standard keto journey; it's like stepping into a world of energy and good vibes. Results? Get ready to be seriously amazed!
I'm going to need the amount of ingredients to use up the whole egg. Anybody have that? Or will I just have to see how many tablespoons of egg there are in one egg? The recipe says we can freeze the dough.
There are a lot of different varieties of plant sugars. There is Swerve, brown, golden, and confectioners (powdered). It is made with erythritol, pre biotic oligosaccharides, vegetable glycerin, fruit juice concentrates (for color) and natural flavors. The Monk fruit sugars as well as the ones above will never taste like the sugar (poison) you are used to. Give it a chance and follow recipes for keto stuff! Good luck on your lifestyle journeys!
Not all sweeteners are fake. Artificial sweeteners are extremely harmful. She isn't using artificial sweeteners. Allulose, which is a real sugar just priced dissenting in your body than sugar. Bocha Sweet and monkfruit are both plant based. Erythritol is a sugar alcohol which is fine. You just have to experiment to find what you like best. There are combinations of natural and different sweeteners you can buy...Truvia, Bestie, Splenda Bakes, but absolutely not the regular Splenda that's in the yellow packets.
Annie, what sweetener doesn't have the cooling affect? (I use the bulk monk fruit from Winco) Hate that about keto ingredients, they dont compare to the original sugar/flour recipes we all grew up with. And almond flour, even fine, is gritty... hate almond flour too!

You have a full recipe posted? I want to make these for the kids lunchboxes, only found the small batch recipe. Thanks, they look so yummy !
I have a recipe for full batch sugar cookies but it’s a little different: www.ketofocus.com/recipes/keto-sugar-cookies/
Can i use coconut flour? I have lot of stock of coconut flour

Allulose causes keto baked goods to become soft, so if you want crispy results it isn’t a good substitute. Also allulose browns a lot darker.
I don't know what happened, but I am just noticing you doing goofy stuff and cutaways in your videos, and boy is it funny. It's not entertainment silly, along with good keto recipes. HAHAHHA!
This looks tasty. But can you give the measurement of the almond flour in grams?
Could you use half almond flour and half protein powder?
I’m I haven’t tried that so I’m not sure how well it works. If you try it, let me know! I did want to test this with adding less almond flour and touch of oat fiber…but maybe I’ll test the protein powder too.
I really enjoy your videos, they are funny and delicious
Allergic to almonds, cashews, peanuts and coconut 😭. Is cassava flour considered keto? Any other suggestions? Thanks 😊
Look at cooking with Mel and Victoria's keto kitchen. They have flours with protein and bamboo fiber that seems to work well.
Lupin flour? 🧐 I believe cassava flour is rather high in carbs.
You crack me up!! You are absolutely the best!!

On the topic of milk, have you tried FairLife? I’d love your opinion on it.
I like it! I get it sometimes but it is expensive. I usually just use macadamia nut milk instead.
I guess I’m a monster 😂
😂😂
You are awesome … and hilarious…c’mon people subscribe 👍
I love the dramatization of the cramps. LOL
😂😂 I was channeling the actors in the infomercials from the 80s & 90s.

i bet one of my little silkie eggs is about 2 tbsp.... 🤔
😊🍪🤤
What brand of fake powdered sugar do you use? Someone suggested a monk fruit type & it was disgusting!

Try going to healthy planet and getting the Mon fruit sweetener, it has the best quality and taste out there.
