I know you're super busy between working from home, finishing up your cookbook, sports mom, filming, etc etc etc ... But Here's an 💡 Idea to stick under your cap for later. Would you consider filming a video on your own personal exercise routine? Getting started, how or when to increase? Ways to work on "core work" or "strength training" without a home gym..... I know there's plenty of exercise videos available, but i love knowing what regular everyday people are doing, that are also eating the foods similar to myself.
You mentioned your family beef business, and I had to give it a try. I've been looking for a Calif beef supplier....freight on meat from outside of Calif is high. I need to tell you I'm so impressed with the package I purchased. The meat is sooooo good! Thanks for sharing the info. Great stuff!
Can't wait for your cookbook to come out! I used to love the Skinceuticals cream before I discovered Dieux's Instant Angel, which is a fraction of the cost and developed by the same chemist.
If you only have 20-30 min 3X/wk for weight training then ditch the isolation exercises like shoulder press and lateral raises and substitute compound exercises like push-press or clean & jerk. You can even superset exercises so there's no rest between sets ie. bench press then pull-ups for 3 sets then switch to push-ups and rows for another 3 super-sets. This isn't the easiest way to workout because you'll be panting but it's fast. And go heavy...most ladies go waaaaaay too light!
Higher protein is the game changer for me. I focused on that and my snacking and sweet tooth went away. Went to a new Gelato shop yesterday with daughter, I had a cappucino. No temptation at all!
@catzlady I agree! I've been living a ketogenic lifestyle for 5 years & needed a little change, so I upped my protein. I don't eat breakfast but put collagen in my coffee (20g protein). I try to hit 140g/daily. Ninja creami has been a lifesaver. There's almost 40g in my recipe & zero sugar. More protein, game changer for sure. Feeling awesome ❤

I understand that you are all about a keto lifestyle but LMNT Electrolyte to help keep your electrolytes up. Because LMNT has 4mg of Maltodextrin in each serving, is it really helping with your Ketosis…I would argue against that.

My bed is the ONLY place I read. I read e-books on a tablet set with the colors inverted (black background, white text), the brightness turned all the way down, room lights off and the blue light filter in place. I can get through a few pages, and I notice I'm dropping my tablet. My tablet is also ONLY used for my library e-books. My brain has associated my bed and books as my bedtime routine, and I sleep great!
I stand at my desk and lay on the bed or couch to do portable hobbies. My butt hurts when I sit down on most seating for to long. I love sitting on an exercise ball but my son Daniel kept popping them. That's why I stand or lay down. I do a warm up before I swing kettlebells. Currently doing Lauren Brooks Shut Up and Train which is 6 different 15-minute workouts. I do that 6 days per week. That improves my posture and mood. I feel happy for hours after I do them. I feel numb or sad most of the time. Been this way since my younger son Thomas died of Sudden Death Syndrome seven weeks after his birth in 2011. He would be 13 if he was alive today. Daniel is 16. I have no problems getting to sleep. A paper book, my dream journal, or an e-reader doesn't keep me awake longer. I typically sleep until I dream and enter healing sleep. I have always prioritized sleep. I prefer oil cleansing as it doesn't migrate into my eyes like soap does. Most face creams break me out.
I saw another UA-cam person addressing the phone issue. Her's is she was on her phone way to much. She is allowing herself to be on her phone 30 minutes @ morning, lunch and bedtime. She also has a phone lockbox that has a timer on it. Maybe get one of those if you notice that you're having a tough time with staying off her phone.
Make it 4 week pill storage. Then buying a single unit that fits can exchange at end of month. or buy 7 day unit and put night time supplements by bedside. Get blue block glasses for night phone.

HI...I bought that "Posture Bra" on prime days and also have had the same problem that small size is not small enough so pulling the straps do the same thing as you said....PLEASE let us know how that other device works...Also I have SO MUCH TROUBLE getting enough protein and eating breakfast I'll explain- I have done KETO/intermittent fasting (18-6) for almost 1 1/2 yrs I am 67) and have lost all I needed except 8pounds. I am having so much trouble with that 8 pounds and also lost so much muscle as well I am retired and exercise (yoga 2xwk Qi gong 1xwk) and some weight stuff as well but I know its not enough....I am petrified to gain the weight back I have watched all your videos and know but my brain is saying something else LOL How do you convince yourself to break the routine you've been in for so long any tips you can give me would really be appreciated you have helped me in so much Thank you...Julianna NC

Every time I get on the floor to do exercises my dogs run over and think I’m playing or in trouble. If I run in place and do standing exercises they think it’s play time too and bark at me.

Higher protein was absolutely the worst decision, for me..physically and mentally. I've gained 20 lbs, hormones completely out of whack, ended up in Urgent care because of the stress it put on my kidneys. i was physically drained all the time, sleep was nothing more than tossing and țurning all night long. . I've gone back on my keto journey, following my macros,IF and I'm already feeling better. High protein low carb.. the Atkins concept worked for me many years ago, but keto is my happy place 😊

I walk 5-6miles 6-days a week. That’s translates to about 15,000 steps. I’m working on increasing my protein and also try a 30-day carnivore trial.

Protein is ok, but what about Ketosis? Seems like way over 25 net carbs.
Protein doesn't kick you out of ketosis. Carbs do. Salad veggies do not. She watches her carbs.
