BBK Performance throttle body issues with Jeep Wrangler TJ (2005-2006)

This is just a quick video where I discuss the original issues I had with the BBK Performance 62mm throttle body being installed on my 2006 Jeep Rubicon, and additional issues I've had recently requiring me to do more fixes. This seems to be specific for the 2005 and 2006 Wranglers as the IACV design was different on previous years.

Hahaha that's actually why I bought it. They are damn sturdy tables and work great in smaller spaces. They sell them at Source office furniture basically just down the road from the office.

Did you ever bother to call BBK and see what they say?

No, I'm betting I would just get the runaround. I found other mentions online about the included gaskets being useless so I think the product is just overpriced for the quality. After the work I did on mine, it does function perfectly now though... I drove the Jeep in temperatures below -20c this winter and there were no issues with air leaks or anything.
