I am going to brag. After 3 goes I finally made it through this routine, notwithstanding arthritis in hands and toes. Oh ... the point of my bragging is that I'm 70, though I have always loved to move, as I was a ballet dancer in my youth.
This is the best introduction to animal flow video I've seen. The progression is just right, you explain every move very well, & repeat it enough that we beginners can do it with you guys. Thank you. Fun stuff!
I was skeptical about watching another 'beginner/intro' animal video (watched dozens by now) as most of them are bull s@@t and a self pat on the back, but this time it actually makes sense because of all the precise queues and technicality of your body parts through the movement. Many other instructors simply perform and expect you to mimic with no precision explanation, very frustrating, this instructor however did a great job. First, and only 'animal flow' video that received my 'thumb up'.
I beg for more of this from you, yours is the clearest and best by far of all the animal flow for beginners out there and I am sad there’s only this one 🙏
I think this is the best introduction to video that I have seen so far. I must admit though, by 10 minutes in I was working up quite a sweat, and I didn’t make it to the end! I think I will be sticking with the ABCs and transitions for a couple of weeks before attempting anything that looks like a “flow.”
This is so incredibly helpful. I am interested in animal flow but have found most videos are too advanced and/or don't explain the foundational movements carefully enough for a beginner. This and the other videos in the Habits playlist are also just smart business: I've thought about trying MUD/WTR and not am definitely sold on giving it a shot. Thank you!
Thank you so much. I can do these moves now without mistakes. 😀 These moves must be performed slowly, at the pace you show in the video. Otherwise, there's no control.
Wow. Watched a couple other beginner flows and switched off. Your explanation of the moves was extremely good. Definitely will have to continue with this vid for a bit to gain strength in my wrists and get the moves into my muscle memory. Thanks so much!
Just discovered this form of exercise yesterday from another UA-camr and I instantly knew it was what I needed in my life. Unfortunately I had a wrist injury a few months ago and I haven’t put much weight on it so that made the workout that much harder, but it was amazing. My wrist feels stronger just after 1 workout. I know that for sure after doing this everyday for 30-60 days they will be in tip top shape. Thanks for the beginnings guide, I was sweating 2mins into the workout 😂.
Never did workouts by watching youtube. Aninal flow looked interesting. Ended up doing all workout, was surprized how difficult is to control my body. But turned out great. For sure will explore more of this. Thank you for sharing new ways to control my body!
Until now I hadn't found a beginner flow that included Ape. This was short and sweet! The explanation and warm up really prepared you perfectly for the flow. Thank you!
I love this!! Its amazing how we stop doing everything we did as children! This is why I will never grow up regardless of what my birth certificate says 😁🤣
@@Asumpowa Exactly what I am working on 🫶 Growing up shouldnt stop the child within. We try to teach our children balance but do not follow our own advice
I’m so grateful that I found this, have been wanting to delve into this form of movement, but honestly didn’t know where to start! I was proud of myself and I managed the flow ok. In a few weeks I’m sure I’ll be better. But thank you for the easy to follow tuition 🙏
What a great tutorial I’m new to animal flow and mobility training as LMT of 10 years I feel this is just what I need …it made me feel exhausted and exhilarated thank you for sharing 🙏🦋
That intro is sick. The fluidity of it all. Back in my break dancing days this would've been an ideal workout to learn. Having weak wrists I'll have to take it easy with each move but I just love the thought of being focused on what your body is doing in the moment. Its what I enjoyed when I learned katas for martial arts.
Great video. Being older hip flexibility is key. I had to watch multiple times to get it, but I am working on exercise katas and this is a great entry-level kata
Great video. The exercises are easy to follow and the team is very motivating. What I miss: Pedro Ferrando, when are you going to release a sequel with more exercises?
I have to say that honestly with this video I am sold! It looks so much fun and genuinely seems something awesome for me to try out since I am only 24 and already have joint issues. ✨🦋
Really great and clear instruction. You definitely make this look easier than it is... for me at least. I look forward to incorporating this into my regular training. Thank you for all the work.
This was so cool and so hard (for me) hahaha more than the poses, the coordination to switch seamlessly between sides 😂😂 I’m def gonna keep this practice up. Feels challenging and fun 😁
Primera vez que veo este programa lo voy a seguir ,me encanta moverme como los animales ,Siempre uno haces los mismos ejercicios convencionales esto es algo diferente y se ve divertido😊😊😊😊
I'm sorry to hear that! It can be challenging for sure. Rule number one for us is Protect Yourself, that way you are always out of pain. And if pain comes, stop immediately. We have Animal Flow Deconstructed as an option too, where we can perform various of the AF movements without loading the knees. Sending a positive vibe your way.
Great move, thanks, let's practice a lot, I'm a Artificial Intelligence developer and my work is to sit down on a chair in front of a computer but I'm going to do this excercises every two hours at least

Ok, first GRATITUDE...I am humbled and surprised and determined to get this. 52 years young and still finding ways to grow! NAMASTE

Exactly! This felt like an actual coaching session, and not some promotional, self-serving BS.
I fully agree.
There's a couple of good ones out there. Glad you found a legit one.
Totally. I can't agree more.!
@@arcguardiando you know how to find any others like this?

I love this, but I’m 60, and I’m not sure I’ll be able to do it. But, I’m gonna give it my best!😂👍🏽✌🏽
Are you able to do it now? :)
Didi you do it??
This is why he's Master Performance now! He's great!
Wow. I tried the very first exercise and my body said 'wow'. We're in.
Maravillosos Pedro, y gran profesor y motivador. Exelente explicación y clase. Saludos desde Aregntina

I just recently got to view a reel of this from IG and I thought "I want to do that" but I couldn't find a beginner friendly vid until this one!

I thought I was pretty strong until I did this. Couldn’t manage all the exercises is the warm up. Amazing.
Glad I wasn't the only one 😂
I started incorporating animal flows into my workouts recently, they are amazing!
Love everything about this video. Instructions are perfect, instructor shows how to perform the movements and the space is beautiful.
ANIMAL FLOW ROCKS! So happy I found it.......your space is beautiful......I want to be there :)
thank you, Gina!

This is a fantastic instructor. Really great!
Looks like Breakdancing moves , I'm 59 and some of these movements are very similar to what my friends and I would do 40 years ago when dancing .
Great video. The exercises are easy to follow and the team is very motivating. What I miss: Pedro Ferrando, when are you going to release a sequel with more exercises?
Gracias, lo he practicado varias veces y ya pude hacer todo el Flow seguido. Me falta la elegancia de ustedes, pero ahí voy.
Ok, now I understand what this thing is. Awesome, Im going to incorporate this to my routines

My ankle mobility tips me right on my back if I try to go flat. I just keep my heels up. I figure they'll hit the ground someday.🤷
